Sunny Pool & Hot Tub House

Enjoy this cozy remodeled, white rambler with Saddlerock views, HOT TUB & HEATED POOL (pool closed in the winter), and close proximity to all that the greater Wenatchee Valley has to offer. Including Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Mission Ridge, Columbia River and the world famous Gorge amphitheater.

Smaller home with a lot of great details including 8 person table, 65 inch Samsung smart TV, fun back patio, local landmark art, and Keurig coffee maker!

Unique one-level home with updated floors, lights, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a newly heated pool to relax after day activities. We have also included a 4 person pool volleyball game! Outdoor furniture and a fire pit!

Best part of this home will definitely be cooling off or warming up in the heated pool or hot tub! With the heat pump being able to keep water at 90°, even fall or early spring swims are possible! Note: the pool is closed during the winter months.

Home is within a quarter mile of Central Washington Hospital, Wenatchee High School, and only a mile to downtown Wenatchee including Pybus Market!

2 or 3 carefully parked car driveway on a quiet street with two trees that provide shade in the summer!

Entire home is available to guests. Shop is used as storage for the time being.

I am as available as guests would like me to be. I can provide airport pickup, electric car rental, person check-in or provide as much privacy as possible with lock box check in and check out!

All neighbors are quiet and respectful. Quick access to downtown, food and shopping. We are the center of the valley but close to many great attractions

20 mins - Mission Ridge Ski Resort
5 mins - Pybus Market
10 mins - Town Toyota Center
30 mins - Crescent Bar

Personal vehicle is the best method of transportation from home. Town lacks good public transportation. Host can provide electric 6 person SUV rental upon request.

Please let me know if hotel, airport or train pickup is needed as it can easily be arranged.

Pool will take about 12 hours to change temperature. If you wish to have it a certain temperature please let us know ahead of time we keep it between 85-90°

Kitchen does not have a full size oven. Just a 12” oven.

Great backyard pool and hot tub. I loved the pillows on my bed. The house temp was cool and just able and the heated pool was magical. The place was clean. Great communication from the host. It was easy to walk in to the house enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have to do anything special for checkout. So easy. Highly recommend.

Wedding Trip

4 couples stayed for a wedding nearby. Enjoyed the pool in the sunshine and watching college football prior to the wedding. Great location, very quiet. Fun Time and great stay.

Great Spot for a Family Trip!

We rented this home as a weeklong getaway for us and my husband's extended family to stay in. There ended up being 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) and this house had the perfect amount of beds for all of us. All beds were very comfortable. Curtains on the front 2 bedrooms would be nice as it got BRIGHT in there in the mornings, but overall the house had everything we needed. We ended up spending way more time just chilling at the house due to the pool and other amenities than planned, but it ended up being around 90-100 degrees most days and a bit smoky from nearby wildfires during our stay, so it was nice just be entertained and stay in one place. I do wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor porch area a bit more, but by the end of our stay the neighborhood pigeons were making us feel like the unwelcomed guests. But that's the only negative thing I can say about this house. All the floaties and pool toys provided were very much appreciated by the kids in our group. And while it may seem like the kitchen is lacking, if you just peak outside near the BBQ area you will find all that you need plus more.

Quick weekend for a swim meet

Very clean solid property. Lovely and well heated pool. It was all that we needed. However, it looks much nicer in the pictures and is way overpriced for what it is. Rickety fixtures, no oven (which I missed in the listing), sliding door that wouldn’t slide, etc. Would be a great stay for half the price, but location for the Wenatchee pool was perfect!

Mission Ridge Weekend

Came over with a group of friends to ride Mission Ridge and check out Ales & Rails. Great location, two turns and you were on your way to Mission, short Uber/Lyft ride at night into town. We made breakfast burrito's and had all the cooking supplies we needed already at the place.

Uh... There is no stove.

A ladies group of 10. We stayed July 2023. * There is no oven in the kitchen?! Whoever heard of that? * The kitchen was lacking a lot of cooking items. * Everything we pulled out of the kitchen cabinets had to be washed. * The beds were hard. Especially in the 2 queen room. * The pool was great. We actually had to turn the temp down because it was too hot. * The outdoor covered area was nice. It could for sure use a larger fan. Or more fans. * The house was pretty clean. * Both bath shower nozzles were a little wonky. They could use replacing. * There was a paper bee nest in the overhang of the house by the pool. PM dropped off bee spray right away. * There are pigeons in the overhang area by the BBQ. Gross. * There is a detached garage area that is one wall of the outside covered area. Someone showed up in the middle of the day while we were outside in the pool and lounge area. Pretty weird. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

Clean, spacious home in a great location. Manager/owner was responsive and pleasant to interact with. I would definitely stay here again.
