With no neighbors on one side and just 15 minutes from downtown, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy—while staying close to everything this vibrant region has to offer.
Whether you're skiing at Mission Ridge (30 mins), wine tasting in Leavenworth (25 mins), boating at Lake Chelan (45 mins), golfing at one of 8 nearby courses, or catching a concert at The Gorge (60 mins), this is your perfect home base for adventure and relaxation.
The Space:
This expansive three-level home was thoughtfully designed for group getaways, family reunions, and multi-generational travel. There’s room for everyone to spread out—or come together.

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for a crowd
