**DISCOUNT for 7+ nights, the longer you stay the higher the discount. We love hosting long term guests, so let us know if there's anything we can do to make that possible for you.

We strive to have our apartment clean and welcoming - our apartment has the perfect touch to make it a memorable getaway.

NOTE: This apartment is on the top part of a house that is rented out to Long term renters. So there is potential for some noise but we do have a sound maker in the apt to help with any noise whether its traffic noise from the main road or from the renters below.
You also share an entrance door. However, you each have your own Keypad door & double lock for your protection. The other renters do not have access to this apt code.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself. No will not be sharing any of your space except for the main entrance door and front deck area.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

Occupancy limit for this property is the number of guests on your reservation. Violation could result in immediate removal of guests without refund.
Unless previously agreed upon with the host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter.
If your breaking of house rules causes a scheduling conflict with other guests. You may be charged the amount owed to discount or refund, said guest.

Great Property

This lovely property was in a great location to all of the must see areas in and around Lancaster. Check-in was simple, kitchen had all items needed, and Internet worked wonderfully. We will definitely book again!

Clean, comfortable and centrally located!!!

We were so impressed by the updated, clean and comfortable apartment! The beautifully decorated, cozy apartment was so close to all of the sites we enjoyed in Lancaster. It was so nice to come to this home base after a day of site seeing and activity. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately to a concern that was promptly rectified.

Lancaster Apartment

The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, good parking area. Pretty loud at night from road side ( ear plugs helpful). No place for clothing - 7 hangers no shelving. We had to leave everything in suitcase 6 night stay! Few other small requests/needs could be corrected and I’m confident they will be. Overall we enjoyed our stay it could be better with some improvements that I relayed to the host.

Great place

The apartment was so cute and exactly like the pictures. It was super comfy and everything was very clean. We were there for 6 days and it was perfect to come back to after a day out. The host was super helpful and communicative. They made the check in and out super easy and I would definitely stay there again.

Cute place

Stayed 2 nights in this cute little hid away. The street was a little busier than I expected but it did not take away from the cozy-ness. We would definitely use this spot again. Perfect for two.

Cozy & peaceful

My husband and I had a beautiful stay here in this cute apartment. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay here. It was cozy, peaceful, and productive all at the same time. It's not often you fine a spot that can give you all three. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will be back soon. Esther & Rubin

I found the suite to be beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and well stocked. In fact, the k-cup coffee selection was the largest and contained the greatest variety I have ever sampled. The addition of laundry facilities in the unit is a huge bonus. I enjoyed my stay and will rebook when I am in the area. I don’t think you will find better value in accommodation in the area. Kudos Kathryn!

Perfect location!

The apartment was perfect for my husband and me. It’s location was ideal for the shopping, restaurants, breweries, and wineries we wanted to visit. Best beer/food was at Mad Chef. Their Baja potato pancake was delicious and unique. Funck (which is right down the road from the apartment) had live music and a great beer selection. The salmon sandwich at Bespoke brewery was one of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay here on future visits.

Had a great stay. Apt is nice and clean. It is a little noisy with the road right out front but after about a day I didn’t even notice anymore. I’d stay here again.
