Very convenient location. Host lives nearby and is very responsive. We stayed here for almost a month and really enjoyed our time in Denver.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Perfectly clean and incredibly comfortable. I typically don’t sleep well away from home, but I did here! The rooms stayed cool thanks to all the fans, which also provided the perfect amount of white noise. I also have to mention the amazing water pressure in the shower and the oodles of clean towels and blankets. This will always be top of my list of where to stay every year when we visit Red Rocks. Thank you for the lovely stay!!!

We have stayed in a good amount of VRBO’s. This by far was the best. It’s an amazing house and the owner truly makes it a home away from home. We highly recommend.

Perfect place for our trip. Very clean, snacks/water, felt extremely safe, amazing communication with our host. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this rental! Everything was less than a 20 minute drive (including Red Rocks, Downtown Denver..) We are very appreciative!

This house was beautiful!! It was so clean and wonderfully decorated, even seasonal decorations for fall!!. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and heat the food we had brought with us. The water had good pressure and nice and hot. Everything was just comfortable and so homey. It was nice to be able to do laundry. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was great! There are A LOT of cats around. I think that kept my allergies stirred up, but allergy medicine took care of that. I just can't say enough good things about this property. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go to Denver again. Julia communicated well and everything was explained in the home and had good suggestions of places to eat. It was close to all the things we wanted to do in Denver. Everything was just wonderful!!!

Great house that felt like home immediately upon arrival. Super clean. Rooms are cute. Property itself is nicely landscaped. Owner had excellent communication throughout. Easy check out instructions. Super happy with everything overall.

Loved how clean the place was. I’m not a city person and but felt okay in the neighborhood. Julia’s place is very well laid out and very clean. Definitely will look for her place if it’s available next time I’m in Denver.

Very convenient location. Much more spacious than staying in hotel room. Kitchen and living room are both very nice; laundry is convenient. Nice mountain view. Host was available whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean, and the the beds were very comfortable. House was easy to cool, and quick to warm up when needed. The perfect spot for us to recoup from the days outings. :)
