Double garage parking & plenty of room if you are traveling with multiple vehicles, pets & horses welcome. Enjoy time outdoors around the firepit, play football, Basketball & Pickle ball, & walk down the property & visit our friendly cows. Sleeps up to 10. (Max adults 9)

I can’t say enough good things about the host and the beautiful home they shared with us. We are a very big family and it isn’t always easy to find space that can accommodate us all but this home was perfect! The ease of check in and check out along with great communication from the host made it all well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay here! Rachel was a very attentive and gracious host. It was incredibly easy to reach out to her with any and every question we had and she was always quick to respond. It was a very spacious, clean, and lovely home for us all to stay as a family. We came to the area for our grandkids' x-country meet and made a weekend of it. It was easy access to Tulsa. Every need we had was met. Thank you, Rachel! We will be back!

From the moment we walked in, this home was absolutely delightful. The house is incredibly spacious and spotless—clearly very well cared for. The large kitchen really stood out—was perfect for preparing and enjoying family meals together, with plenty of room to cook and gather comfortably.The living room was huge and inviting, with very comfortable furniture that made it easy to relax after a long day. Every bed in the house was exceptionally comfortable, making some great nights of sleep for everyone. The master bathroom truly stood out—it was amazing, spacious, and felt like a private retreat.Check-in was seamless and easy, which made the start of our stay stress-free. The host was fantastic—checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and being very easy to contact if we needed anything at all.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be close to Tulsa while also enjoying a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. A truly wonderful experience all around.

Five Stars for the “Mansion in the Meadow”!!We had a WONDERFUL weeklong visit in this gorgeous estate for the Christmas holiday. Our family especially loved the…(1) Huge, spacious living room with four massive sofas [perfect for big family gatherings (like opening Christmas presents and team video gaming)]; (2) Big, gorgeous dining table (that accommodated up to 10)—a must for all extended family meals; (3) Enormous, state-of-the-art kitchen (with a huge, stone-topped island, top-quality appliances, and walk-in storage pantry; (4) Four beautiful, stately bedrooms (whose layout worked perfectly for our extended family--with parents & kids in two bedrooms in one wing of the house, and grandparents and single adults in the two bedrooms in the opposite wing); (5) Multi-acre backyard with concrete pickleball court, large bonfire ring (which we used twice!), and tons of space for frisbee, baseball, and anything else; and (6) Large, covered back patio (with massive propane gas grills—ideal for big cookouts). We’d absolutely recommend this beautiful estate to any family (up to 10) looking for a very spacious, classy, and versatile B&B in the Tulsa area!

Perfect Getaway

My family went to Oklahoma for a horse show and this house and property was perfect! The host and house were such an unexpected blessing. We will stay here again every time we travel to Oklahoma.

Weekend Luxury Stay to visit S Tulsa/Okmulgee

The owners made sure our stay was perfect down to all the details for a great stay, the owner provided welcome snacks, milk for the espresso Breville machine and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room for my family and my parents. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and on the grill. We were able to bring our pets with us and Rachel set out dog bowls for us to use. The communication was amazing for before and during our stay. We plan to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend the house to anyone visiting the area.

My family came to celebrate our son’s graduation from law school. It was the perfect house to enjoy family and friends with plenty of space and things to do. The kitchen and grilling area were perfect for cooking up meals for everyone. And the pickleball and corn hole were a big hit!The hosts were amazing, and took care of everything.Perfect place to stay!

Two week stay- We had a water leak in our home and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly, good for our kids, and my elderly mom. Rachel allowed us to make the accommodations needed for my elderly mom, bring our elderly boxer, and there were rooms that were great for everyone! My 7 year old loved the bunk beds, and my preteen loved the beautiful room with the big closet! We needed a home office space and the primary bedroom had enough space to set up a portable desk for Zoom calls. There is a side yard just for pets and plenty of room outside for kids to run around! The house worked perfectly for all us and Rachel’s communication and customer service was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Bonus- we also boarded our two Great Danes right next door and we got to visit them! Thank you for helping to make this difficult time so much easier on our family. Gorgeous home!

The property was wonderful as usuall. Our host was awesome and had great recommendations for us. The location is close enough to Sapulpa, Mounds, & Tulsa but private enough for us to come back to and enjoy the country. This was our second stay and we will be back!

Amazing Stay!
