The house was More than I expected! The whole family really enjoyed it here. So much room, so much time to enjoy each other's company! The place was fabulous. We will use this property again.

The place was very clean and nicely furnished. Was right across the street from the lake and very close to the boat ramp. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the owner was excellent.

This was our second stay at this mobile home. Our first visit was fine, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this stay was very different and disappointing.There were several issues:• The floor near the front door was very dirty.• There were tons of ants around the kitchen sink.• After removing the sheets as requested, we found a significant amount of hair and stains on the mattress protector underneath. (I would suggest you not ask your guest to do this unless you clean it)• Most concerning were the floors. There are large buckles and raised areas throughout the kitchen, hallway, and bunk-bed room. The hallway floor was broken and covered with a rug, and the flooring in the bunk room is so uneven that the door cannot even close properly.I contacted the owner and was told they are aware of the flooring problems and have someone scheduled to make repairs on October 11. I appreciate that they are addressing the issue, but in my opinion, the property should not have been rented in this condition. The flooring is a potential safety and liability concern.We certainly weren’t expecting the “royal treatment”—we simply expected the property to be reasonably clean, maintained, and safe.I hope the repairs are completed and that future guests have a much better experience.
