Quiet, family friendly neighborhood close to downtown, Wake Forest University, and hospitals. 30 minutes to Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro. Newly remodeled 6 bedroom, 3 bath home with separate eating area, living room, family room, and finished basement with additional full kitchen and living area with 65" TV. Main level features a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook. The outside deck had a bbq, table, chairs and umbrella. Please, NO Parties, NO large gatherings, NO smoking, NO pets, max 10 people and quiet hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am.

If i could rate this property higher than 5 stars I would. Fantastic location in the middle of Sherwood Forest. Convenient to everything Winston-Salem has to offer from Wake Forest and Reynolda House/Gardens, to Hanes Mall to Downtown (only 12 minutes away) to Thruway Shopping Center to the shopping area on Robinhood Rd (Harris Teeter, Lowe's Foods, McDonalds, Biscuitville, CVS and River Birch Lodge). The back yard is fenced and almost tabletop flat making it great if you have younger kids that you want out of the house. (Our "kids" are in their 30s.) Circular driveway is an asset to get groceries, kids and people in/out easily and conveniently. Great property. Great location.

What a spacious and beautiful home. The home was perfect for our family and enough room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a family dinner. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Will be back again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there.

House worked great for 10 of us ladies in town for a large women’s only event. We had plenty of room to spread out but also cozy enough to all hang out and laugh.I arrived in town early and was able to get into the house a half hour before checkin which was great.We would all stay again as the area was safe and friendly.

Great place to stay!

This home had everything our family of 7 needed to have a great weekend as we gathered for a family wedding in Winston Salem. Would highly recommend this home. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating!

Family Gathering

My siblings and I were in Winston-Salem to lay our mother to rest. This home served a wonderful place for us to be together during this difficult time. All of the accommodations were great and met our needs perfectly.

Very roomy!

Peaceful, beautiful grounds in a quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable with most of the amenities you need. There was plenty of room for our entire family to move around. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

Lovely house with plenty of room

We came to the area for a wedding and the property was a perfect place to stay. It was clean, roomy, had everything we needed, in a nice quiet neighborhood and in a great location for all our events. Highly recommend!
