Minutes from Wake Forest, NC Baptist Hospital, BB&T Field. Includes Washer/Dryer, Cable TV and high speed internet.

Freshly updated to include new paint, refinished floors, new stainless steel appliances and the list goes on. Lots of special touches throughout the space such as custom bath vanities and unique lighting. Two bedrooms have a King bed and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

You have access to the entire space.

We do not live in this property but do live in Winston so we are close by if personally needed.

Located in the historic district as well as walking distance to the Art district, shops and restaurants.

As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! Our minimum age requirement is 21 in order to rent this property.
•No Parties - If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- No Smoking in the house
- 2 Pet Maximum - Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.
- Please strip bed linens and place linens and towels by Laundry.
- Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.
- Feel free to use the grill but pull away from house and please recover once cool and place back.
- Please acknowledge that we or past guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- If your stay is long enough to fill up your garbage receptcle then please take the receptcle to N Spring St. on Wednesday evening for a early am Thursday morning trash pick up and return receptcle back to the proper location.
- Please park in the two designated parking spaces for your unit. Should you need additional parking then park street side in front of building.
• Do not rearrange the furniture
• Do not disconnect and reconnect cabling from the TV or any other electronic devices.

Lastly, because this is an Vacation rental community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and our things.
