The property is ideally located on the heights of the city at 300m from the city center and the shopping street. Located at 700m from the train station and 900m from the funicular linking Bourg Saint Maurice to the resort of Les Arcs.

Bourg Saint Maurice is ideally located and gives you access in less than half an hour to the biggest ski / bike resorts: Les Arcs, La Plagne, La Rosière, Sainte Foy, Tignes and Val d'isère. You can also discover the natural park of Vanoise, explore Italy or discover the Chapieux and the doors of Beaufortin.
