Great little house, great location too! We were able to walk to the beach every day among other close restaurants. Was the perfect set up for our family of 4 and our friends who came to hang too for a few days!

Winter stay in Blue Skies

House was clean, and tastefully decorated, dishes, cups and glassware need to be updated and replaced….chips, cracked, 2 water glasses total, 4 cups total one with chipped lip and one with a crack that extended up to the handle…didn’t want to get scalded so didn’t use it..bought two cups which I left there.,one ratann dining chair had a caved in seat and was unusable, one swivel bucket chair in the living room was broken on,one side..the other one had white paper tags hanging down from the bottom…don’t know what was going on with it. The deck had a rug that was moldy and had moss growing on parts of it….cushions were piled up in a heap…very dirty and mildewed..fire pit table was covered in bird droppings and a broken candle holder adorned the center of it…..back yard was in need of raking and mowing…front the same….this was done when I called the property manager…I never was able to enjoy any time on the back deck because it was so dirty and cushions were mildewed. The beds were very comfortable, and bedding was updated. The kitchen was well equipped , had good appliances all,in working order, good pots , pans and bakeware..only the dishes needed updating. Good laundry room with good washer and dryer.

Perfect comfortable vacation home

This property is in a great area and walkable to the beach. It was quiet, well air conditioned, felt safe, tastefully decorated, well stocked, and clean. My husband and I plus our dogs enjoyed this trip. Just a heads up, the back yard is fenced but there is one spot where most dogs can go through on the side so make sure you block this off before letting your dog loose.

The house and location were great. The home was perfect for our needs. The location was walking distance to the beach. We loved the back porch and the large bedrooms.

Very Cozy

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for, 4 adults and one small dog. Quiet neighborhood easy walk to the beach, beds we’re comfortable and the small backyard and patio area were perfect.

Lovely property

This house is very nice and clean and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Our pups really enjoyed the backyard. Check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay.
