We enjoyed our time here! Great location. House was a little dated, there were some stains on the bedding, and the shower was a little clogged but worth it for the price and the host was very quick to respond with any problems. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Good afternoon, Just some things my family and I noticed. The comforters for the bed had stain on them. I was going to wash them but mechanics is not big enough. There's pet hair in the fridge and around the house. All the ceiling fans have extreme dust. The lump in the floor in the living is difficult for my mother to get around without almost tripping and that the room with the only t.v. lump in the floor reach 6" high 10" wide in the middle of the room wall to wall.. Very disappointing this safety Hazzard was not put in the descriptions and my mother is disabled with spinal bifida. There were dirty socks left from prior guess. No blind in the windows so no privacy people were able to look into and through the house.Set up pics is the paper towels I use to to clean the fans throughout the house. The dust was flaring our allergies. Next are the stains on the comforters in both queen bedrooms. Next are socks between the washer left from prior rental guest. I house these pic were able to assist you.The buggest disappointment was the floor. Completely unsafe. I would be embarrassed and worried someone would get hurt. I am surprised Vrbo put their name on the property.

We had a great time during our stay in Cherry Grove! The rental was clean, set up perfectly, and stocked with all the things we could have possibly needed! The owners were great with communication from start to finish! Thank you Katherine and Jacob for hosting our family and pup!

Host was very responsive, house was clean. Close enough to walk to the beach, quiet at night, couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Weekend retreat at cozy beach house

Family had a wonderful stay in this perfect little home. Easy walk to the beach and to nearby stores. Rode bikes, did a puzzle, and cooked meals. Hosts were extremely communicative, friendly and helpful!

Perfect location, perfect with the doggies!

House was perfect, loved the location, property owner very easy to contact! Would totally stay again! We rented a golf cart and had a great time. Only suggestion would be a small fenced area for pets! No complaints!

A gem!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location and cutest home just as pictured, plus stocked with all the amenities we needed - my husband and I felt right at home for our vacation! Katherine was a great host and excellent at communication if we had any questions. 10/10 recommend this little gem!

Great place to hang out for a few days with family nearby.

We had everything we needed and appreciated the willingness to accommodate our needs. Assuming cleaning is a paid service, a bit more attention to organization in the kitchen would be great, as supplies and other items were sort of haphazard, but we found all we needed. Had there been a vacuum cleaner I would have been able to clean up after our stay as I normally do. My husband was frustrated at the need to stream TV. He was house-bound some and it would have helped him to have a more familiar platform, although I was able to help to a great extent. As I am sure you know there was some floor damage -a few broken tiles in the kitchen and what appeared to be water-related damage to the wood floor from the front door forward. It is not new - possibly storm damage, but would enhance the feel of the house if repaired. The electronic lock in front proved to be quite temperamental. We always got it to lock and unlock as needed but it normally took several tries and the voice/message often said things like “operation failed” which we discovered meant we’d successfully locked it. Perhaps a key kept inside for use when occupied would help. Just a suggestion … have you considered screening in the front porch? While too hot in the summer it would be a great addition for spring and fall. We had a great time, our pups enjoyed themselves and napped a lot, and your responsiveness was most appreciated!

FANTASTIC RENTAL

Katherine was a pure joy to work with. We came down for our Matriarch's 83rd birthday !! This property is meticulously maintained and absolutely clean. Only a short 2 1/2 blocks to the beach . I highly recommend everyone to try this little Gem out !! Thank you so much for your hospitality !!
