We're Debby and Elizabeth, a mother-daughter duo! We first came to Panama City Beach when our family's oldest son, Alex, began flight instructing over 20 years ago. He now is a captain with Delta.
Since then, we have acquired four units at the Continental Condominiums and two properties further inland. We are passionate about creating an unforgettable experience of relaxation and fun at our properties. Every detail is meticulously thought out and we hope you enjoy these spaces as your own slice of paradise.
Although we frequent the beach, Debby is located in Des Moines, IA and Elizabeth is in Denver, CO. Our family and the grandbabies favorite place to be is at the Beach where we can spend time together, have so much fun, and remember our dad Murray who referred to it as his favorite destination. He was a pro at running on beach time. We don't care if it's hot, cold, rainy, or just the perfect day ever- we just love the beach and will hold these memories close to our hearts forever.

Location, Location, Location! Sugar Sand Cabana is the best "Seat" in the house in this mid century property. Walk out the backdoor and enjoy your private beachfront patio that is a stone’s throw away from the beach and pool! Park underground and you are at your front door. You don't ever need to take the elevator during the whole stay. Seasonal grill and bar available on property.

The landmark Continental is a recently renovated midcentury boutique property with one of the widest footprints on the Beach, allowing for plenty of elbow room and a spot in the sand. Enjoy onsite parking, gulf side pool, toy corral, beach chair rental and a Tiki Bar with drinks, snacks and adult beverages. The Continental sits across the street from Gulf World and is a short stroll to City Pier and Pier Park for upscale shopping, dining, concerts and much more. Next door you may enjoy breakfast at the renowned “Beach Break”, the only gulf side breakfast restaurant on the Beach. Convenient onsite laundry and charcoal grill.
