The condo was as pictured. It was very nice and clean. The mattress was comfortable. They are a soft firm but that’s what we like. The owner was responsive when I had questions in a timely manner. We had no issues with the elevators but using the sky walk you will take 2-3 elevators depending where you park. It is quite a walk. I liked the location.

Amazing stay! Beautiful condo and resort. We were given the wrong parking garage and door code for the condo but communication was great and the issues were fixed quickly!

The condo was very clean, and the pictures accurately represented the space. I would recommend packing a spatula, and griddle. Some condos have lots of supplies left from previous renters, this one doesn’t. There aren’t any extra beach chairs/toys/boogie boards. No oils/sugar/ salt or pepper etc. so plan to pack or purchase all of those things. I didn’t mind that since the condo was so clean, and well kept. The master bed was very comfortable with a firmer mattress, and the pillows were also firmer, which I loved. The master bathroom was awesome. The big kitchen table was great for our group, the extra table on the balcony was nice too (there are many people who smoke outside on the balconies at this condo complex which is a bummer). The ice machine and water filter in the fridge worked great. The air conditioner worked great too. Plenty of hot water for showers. There was a box fan in each bedroom, and two or three extra blankets. The property is in a great location, you can walk to numerous restaurants including: Sharkys, Schuckums, RunawayIsland, and the restaurants behind the resort are great as well. Our parking garage gate key, and our room code were not correct in the email we received prior to arrival , Blue Swell did answer the phone promptly when I called about this, which I appreciated. The resort recently added new elevators which are a huge upgrade, it relieved a lot of the wait time we had experienced when staying at this resort in the past.

Great Location

This condo provided everything we needed for our trip to PCB. The condo was roomy, the bed comfortable and has a great view! We love the location, many restaurants in walking distance and enjoy the private beach access. We did have an issue with the code we were provided for the door not working when we got there. However, I called the office and they were very helpful, providing me with a new one that worked right away.

Okay

I would rate this Vrbo okay - it was decent, nice size and tasteful with a few flaws in the unit which have been brought to management and owner’s attention. The elevator and garage situation are extremely annoying and we had several issues w entry codes not working. However management was prompt to help us via phone during normal business hours. Beach was clean and beautiful and chair rental was right there and reasonable.

Fabulous property

Beautiful condo and surroundings. We had trouble with our door and parking garage code but Blue Swell reps helped us. The condo is perfect. I would suggest a laundry basket or two and more pot holders. We loved our stay!

Roach infested

Enter at your own risk!!! Shortly after arriving we began seeing roaches in the condo. It started in the kitchen where it was one in the sink and then I started seeing them on the walls of the condo. I immediately reach out to Blue Swell and they advised they would send someone out. Over an hour later a man arrives with plans to treat the area. He quickly realizes that he was not prepared to handle a problem this big so an exterminator would need to be called. Blue Swell advised they would send someone out. I just asked to be present when they came because my belongings were inside. They assured me they would. Unfortunately, they never came. This was a traumatic experience for my daughter and I. We had not planned to be killing insects at every turn. They were in the kitchen, showers, dining area, bedroom; literally everywhere . The problem persisted from the day we were there til the day we left. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I paid to stay in a luxury condo and felt like I was staying in a roach motel. The pictures of the facility were nice but now all I remember is the roaches crawling on the table or behind the clock, or in the shower or crawling along the floor. If you are looking for a home away from home I advise you choose another location!!!

Great Place but bugs in Kitchen

We were very impressed with the location and property. Everything is as it appears in the photos. Small negative feedback is lots of construction limiting elevators; terrible design to get luggage from garage to condos. You must go down to the first floor after crossing the sky bridge from garage. Door Code I received did not work. Had to wait for a call to get it resolved. Blue Swell Reps not on premises. Plugged drain in master shower; I resolved by plunging the drain. Small ants or palmetto roaches in kitchen near the stove and counter.

Beautiful Property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This week was wonderful! The property was beautiful, with two pools and a splash pad the grandkids loved. Our unit was clean and well-stocked. The balcony furniture was so nice and comfy. Our only complaint had to do with the blind in the extra bedroom. The slats didn’t meet, and people walking by could see inside. We covered it but let staff know it needed to be repaired in the future. Great staff were very helpful!
