Condo 1636

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first entered the condo, it looked just like the pictures and was very spacious. For the most part, it was clean and looked well kept. The ocean view and location were absolutely perfect! The biggest downside was that we found three live cockroaches and a few dead ones during our stay. I know bugs can unfortunately be an issue in Florida, but it definitely freaked me out and was unsettling. The only other thing I would recommend improving is providing more detailed instructions for getting into the parking garage and finding the condo. My husband and I were pretty confused during check-in and had a hard time figuring out where to go once we parked.Overall, we really enjoyed the location, spaciousness, and beautiful ocean view. With a little more detailed check-in information and better pest control, it would be an even better experience.

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We are delighted to hear that you loved the spacious layout, beautiful decor, and perfect oceanfront views during your stay.We also really appreciate your constructive feedback regarding pest control and check-in navigation. While Florida's coastal environment can occasionally present pest challenges, we maintain strict preventative pest control measures across all our properties, and our team has dispatched a pest control technician to perform a targeted treatment on the home immediately. Additionally, we are reviewing our digital arrival guide to ensure parking and condo navigation instructions are completely clear for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother, 5-star experience on your next trip to the beach! Warmly, The Blue Swell Team

Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy set up on the ocean- 3 pools- one main pool that gets crowded if you don't secure chairs early- then two smaller pools across street connected by skywalk. Smallest pool was the warmest and kids enjoyed the kids pool.
