This historic, 900 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations.

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet and queen bed, washer and dryer.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

The location was perfect. Loved the Riverwalk every morning. All the shops in downtown are cute. I highly recommend this place and if i ever come back that's where I'll stay

This loft was perfect for my partner and I. We enjoyed two nights. Walking distance to restaurants and venues was my favorite part.

Omaha Getaway

We enjoyed the loft very much! There were a few things we missed having there: There was no hair dryer, There were no facial tissues, Would have liked a full length mirror, and A little more detail on the check out (pile the used towels, run the dish washer, etc.) We loved our stay, the restaurants, and the shops all within walking distance the Old Market area. We come back again and recommend the Lofts to other. Thanks helping to make it a great stay.
