Our stay at The Zen House was amazing and very accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean. The kitchen and all other amenities work well.We’d love to come back during summer months.

The property was large and comfortable. If you are not going to the wineries, it is a little out of the way. My only suggestion would be that instead of saying that check in information would be provided 3 days in advance should be changed to day of, as we didn't have any information until 9am that morning. I was fairly worried at that point, as the property manager hadn't answered my questions from 2 days prior to arrival. Again, all worked out in the end, but I spent some time on unnecessary worries.

Zen Pad

We were in town for a sporting event at Galway Downs, place was within 10 minutes which made it super convenient. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax after being out in the sun most of the day. Host was responsive and accommodating, we would definitely return and book this place in the future.

We had a great stay the house was beautiful. The house had one maintenance issue otherwise would of been 5 stars. Would recommend the house to anyone.

Great house for a large group

My friends and I stayed at the property while we were in town for a swing dance convention. It was perfect for a large group. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would love to stay there again next year.

The Zen House is set on a good place to stay once you are settled in. The house has ample space for a group with ten guests. The hosts were easy to find and to get a response to a request or question.

Great Location for Wine Tasting

Our family stayed here for the weekend for our sons wedding at one of the wineries. There was enough room and bathrooms for all of us! Beautiful views and close to the wineries. Would definetly stay here again with family or friends for a weekend getaway. Great communication from the host before, during, and after our stay.

Zen House Review

We stayed at the Zen House to celebrate our girlfriends milestone Birthdays. The house accomodated 10 people nicely, the beds were comfortable. The view from the backyard is lovely, especially at sunrise and sunset. The landscape could use some attention and the house is lacking a bit in supplies. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the location to wineries was convenient.

Absolutely Loved This Place!

What an amazing experience and great time my friends and family had here at this house. The property was large enough to host my large party and there wasn't too big of an issue with parking (but it was a little difficult squeezing cars into the driveway). There were plenty of amenities, household supplies (towels, extra sheets, etc.), and even games. I loved this place and would even consider going back if I'm ever in the area. Thank you!

House layout worked well. Several issues that were an indication of poor maintenance

The home layout worked well for us, but there were several issues. To begin with I had to ask 3 times if there would be a crib or a pak n play. I was told most guests that want a pak n play, bring their own. This is a theme of “ most guests” response. We were provided a pak and play that we assembled out of the box. I was getting all the TV’s turned on, only to discover there were no batteries in one of the bedrooms. I had to contact the host and then found the last two aaa batteries in the house. The windows were very dirty inside and out. None of the fountains or water features at the property were working. On Saturday of our stay I again reached out to the host and inquired if there was a spare propane tank since the one in the grill was very low. I was again told “most guests” would just run to the local store (20 minutes away) and switch out the tank. I replied that I would not be getting a new tank for something that was to be provided and we would only be using once. No response back from the host after that. The house needs some tender loving care. Cabinets in the kitchen and hallway don’t close properly, the bathroom sinks drain very very slowly - my brother did his best to get them to drain and I didn’t contact the host since I assumed I would get another “most guests” response. As I said, the layout and the location were perfect for the wedding we were there to attend. The house itself needs several areas deep cleaned and some routine maintanance .

Great place!

My daughter was married nearby at Bel Vino. We loved that it was big enough to accommodate everyone at various times as they came and went from surrounding homes. This home is spacious with plenty beds for guests and open concept to move around for socializing.
