This newly renovated apartment is right in the heart of Celina. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom along with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants in town, its in the perfect spot! It's also just minutes away from Dale Hollow Lake and the Obey and Cumberland Rivers and all that those have to offer. Whether in town for antique shopping, going fishing, or anything else you can think of, this is fine spot to kick your feet up!

Repeat customer. Weve stayed here 2 years in a row and plan on staying here again next year. Place is always nice and clean. Highly recommended if your looking for somewhere to stay in celina.

A Bit of a Disappointment

We may be spoiled from previous rentals but there were minimal amenties for our 10 day stay. NO spices (such as basic salt & pepper), no laundry detergent although there was a washer/dryer, used trial size head & shoulders and 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 10 days). Just one 8 inch frypan, difficult to make even a breakfast for 2 people. There were no tables, dresser or even a luggage stand to put our clothes/bags. In addition, we walked into an ant infestation in the bathroom that we bought some spray and set some traps.

Just Big Enough

Perfect size for what we needed for the weekend. Very clean. Plenty of supplies for our whole family. Easy instructions with a binder for check in/out.

Clean accommodation, value and location were good.

We have friends in Celina and stay there a couple of times during the year. The positives were customer service, value, location, cleanliness, rental size and living quarters privacy.Improvement suggestions are more bed linens in cold weather fans in hot weather. Split HVAC unit is located in living room/ kitchen area so bedrooms are isolated when doors are closed.Upgrade to at least one queen bed. Both bedrooms have regular size beds. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Quaint

Having owned and run a VRBO property in Cape Coral, FL where I live, I see a lot of potential for this property to do well. There are a few things that were not in the unit that would have made it more comfortable. There weren’t any hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or maybe a toiletry bag, no hangers in the bedroom or extra pillows. I am also a very big fan of ice and the fridge didn’t have an ice maker but having ice trays would be nice so ice could be made by the guests. This location is really close to many things including Dale Hollow Lake. My husband and I were visiting this area because we used to have a farm in Hestand, KY not far at all from this location. This place would be great for people who want to visit the Amish, shop the Roller Coaster Yard sale or float around on Dale Hollow Lake. I would’ve given a higher rating if the little amenities I listed above had been in the unit. Plus top of the fridge was really dirty. Something easy to overlook if you are short but hubby is tall and pointed it out.

Well maintained accomendations

It was like a small bachelor pad, had everything we needed plus it was located across from a sandwich shop, grocery store, BBQ resturuant and down the street was a carwash so I was able to wash my boat and truck before getting on the road back to Georgia and a auto mechanic shop a 100 yards from the apartment. No complaints from my brother or me. We almost had convinced ourselves to stay an extra day. Lol

Perfect place to stay on Dale Hollow Lake

We had a great stay here celebrating the 4th of July Holiday. Booked 2 nights originally and decided to stay 1 more night and Jonathan was very quick to get back to us to let us know there was availability and added an extra night. Perfect location, close to Pleasant Grove boat ramp, walking distance to stores and restaurants and the perfect size for our family of 4. Having lots of space to park our truck and boat was awesome! I would recommend better mattress’s and pillows, other than that, no complaints. Great stay and hope to stay again in the future.

My husband and his cousin stayed here recently for a fishing trip. It was very close to the lake. He said it was a very nice place to stay and the owners couldn't have been nicer.

Concerns

The kitchen table seats need to be screwed down, they continued to slip off, someone could have been hurt. Other than that, we would stay there again, it worked well for us. The owners where absolutely great supporting us during the stay. Peace.

Wonderful stay!

Great family vacation house.

The house is located close to Dale Hollow Lake and close to all the stores you will need. The house was clean and came with everything you will need during your stay. The owners are very responsive and want to ensure you have a great time while you are down at the lake. We would highly recommend this house and have already booked it to come back next year.
