The completely updated interior, with 2 sunny balconies, a cozy fireplace and much more for year round enjoyment and relaxation. Surrounded by beautiful nature, this mountain getaway is the perfect location to create meaningful memories.

Equipped to accommodate 8 guests, this beautiful and bright condo is ready to host your entire family on their next favorite mountain vacation! There are 3 bedrooms, and one loft space for sleeping in gorgeous furnishings surrounded by beautiful nature.
With 2 private balconies, enjoy stunning mountain views and fresh air without having to step foot outside the front door. After a day of exploration and adventures, kick your feet up and relax by the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basic necessities to eliminate the hassle of meal planning while on vacation. However, take advantage of this prime location and explore the fabulous cuisine nearby.
Enjoy the community amenities such as pool, gym, tennis, pickle ball & bocce courts. Our home is close to Northstar Ski Area, Bockway golf course, casinos, shops, restaurants & the nearby sandy beaches at Lake Tahoe.
The loft area is accessible through a spiral staircase and it has 2 twin beds. Please note that the mezzanine "bedroom" is not a completely enclosed space due to the loft style of the unit. **THE LOFT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN**

*3 TVs (Living Room, Master and Guest Bedroom #1) with Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick where you can access streaming apps. Guests have to log into their own streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out from your account at the end of your stay.
*Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the unit.
*Stereo, Games, Books, and Toys provided for additional guest entertainment .

*Please note, guests MUST move vehicles every 24 hours during a snowstorm to accommodate the city plows.
*In winter time we highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle and to add sufficient travel time when planning your drive to the property.
Between Northstar and Incline for skiing. Not too far from Palisades. Close to Brockway for golf. Or just walk along the beautiful North Lake Tahoe shore. My favorite - sitting all cozy in front of the fire with a good book and a glass of wine. Relaxing and memorable.
Plenty of parking in front of the home. Winter time we highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle and to add sufficient travel time when planning your drive to the property.
The floors are squeaky and can be annoying in the downstairs bedrooms
Please note that, this home is located in the Tahoe Basin, Northstar Ski Resort in Truckee is located outside of the basin 10-12 min away.
Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use the Electric BBQ on the Living Room balcony per county's ordinance. Also, Guests shall not bring personal grills and barbecues to the short-term rental.
ATTENTION: Children and infants should never be left unattended next to the stairs and loft area. The railing is fairly wide and they are vertical railings so babies can potentially squeeze through. Also, guests should not leave children unattended on the balcony
NOISE: This is part of an HOA community so please be mindful and courteous of noise levels. Quiet hours are between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am. During that time frame please keep noise to a minimum.
Trash Instructions:
-Please ensure the bear box is secured when putting trash inside.
-NEVER leave trash outside the bear box.
Please note that in winter weather & storm conditions such services as Internet and cable may be spotty and/or nonfunctional. Those are beyond our control and we do not provide refunds or credits in the event that services are out due to inclement weather conditions, which is the norm. Please book only if you are ok with the potential of not having cable or Internet during your stay during bad weather.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.

-Leave indoor and outdoor pipes dripping to prevent them from freezing or bursting in the winter.
-During winter times, or when day time temperatures may be below 35 degrees Fahrenheit, then when checking out, turn off the main water valve completely and drain all pipes to prevent freezing. Also, leave the property heated to at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing the pipes.
