Just under 20 minutes from Lido beach and Siesta keys known for the pulverized coral beaches. Home has a peaceful backyard with heated pool, outside shower and hangout area totally private to enjoy the outdoors. The interior was designed with the boho them to be both charming and peaceful. As you stroll down on an evening walk, you'll meet friendly neighbors and may spot amazing Florida wildlife like egrets and herons. The home is also surrounded by local restaurants, UTC Mall, rooftops bars.

Pool was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this newly redone home with its large backyard and private pool, in a suburban neighborhood. The owner was responsive, and the kitchen well stocked. The home was clean and comfortable, and contained everything needed for a nice relaxing get-away!

Girls weekend

We had a great time and found the house very clean, well decorated and as described. It is in a central location, slightly older neighborhood. Only suggestions would be to add an ironing board, perhaps some folding chairs for the beach, and a few more utensils. Otherwise great stay all around!

Ava’s house (so we dubbed it)

This house was perfect for our party of 8 that was attending the National Dragonboat competition at Nathan Benderson Park. Found the home exactly as pictured. Reached out to the property manager for a few things and they were very responsive. We would stay here again if in Sarasota. The only complaint was the showers drain a little slowly.

Family Vacation

The check-in process was a little rocky, which caused some confusion, but overall this stay was good. We did use the pool, which was great for our family. The kitchen could use additional items like cookie sheets or bake pans (we couldnt make pizza, which seems like a standard thing on vacation). We would come again to this house when back in Sarasota. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Too many cameras!

Overall it was a nice place. There was a bunch of weird food in the cupboards and there were WAY too many cameras all over the property, made it feel VERY invasive and almost creepy!!! The pool was also very dirty, my daughter cleaned it for 2 days before we could swim!

Nice getaway

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and backyard was private and had plenty of seating. Bedrooms/ Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Could use a stock pot. Drains in showers were slow to drain. Internet speed a little slow. Overall lived up to expectations.

Weekend trip

Overall the house was a great stay!! Drains in the showers are slow to drain and the pool could maybe use some updating but it was great having it and did exactly what we needed it for! Kitchen was very well stocked as well as other needs, could use more bath towels and wash clothes. Beds we’re comfortable as well!! The cameras were literally everywhere out back so privacy felt a little limited and constantly felt like we were being watched by the pool. Location was great as well. Overall this is a great house to stay at!!
