Sounds like we may have fallen short on the standard we keep our homes. We will definitely pass this information along to the proper personnel. Hi William! Thank you for your review! We are glad that our maintenance team could assist you with any issues you experienced in the home. We do try to limit spices and stuff left in homes as we cannot control the experience that it has been thru. For example, we dont know where it came from or if the spice in it is strictly what is labeled. It is a safety and sanitary measure. We try to keep our guests as safe as possible while they visit us. We look forward to helping you again in the future and appreciate your continued patronage!

Although we strive to have all our units ready by 4 pm, there are occasions when we run late during the busy season (as noted in our contracts). We would more than agree that communication is the key and we will ensure that all of our staff members are made aware to communicate delays to the front office so that guests can be notified.
