About this space
This well-appointed, recently renovated, 1200 sq. ft. ranch duplex apt. is located on Main St in the heart of charming & historic Clarence, NY. The community is a beautiful, safe, and family friendly suburb of Buffalo, NY. The entire apt. is on one level, with four parking spaces next to the entrance. The beautiful open concept floor plan provides an abundance of natural lighting, creating a comfortable airy feeling, that is perfect for small gatherings, business travelers, and entertaining.
The space
The completely remodeled duplex apartment features luxury finishes and amenities including:
- Granite countertops throughout
- Shaker style soft close cabinets
- Full-size stainless appliances, including dishwasher
- High speed internet
- Large closets throughout
- Cable TV (50")
- Plush spa quality towels, and soft hypoallergenic bed pillows and linens
- High quality memory foam mattresses
- Desk with charging station
- High quality leather queen sleeper sofa with gel/memory foam mattress
- Well equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals
- Keurig coffee maker
- Beautiful dining area, with seating for six, and breakfast bar for additional seating.
- Sparkling clean bathroom with stand-up shower (no bathtub)
- In-unit laundry room with state-of-the-art full capacity washer and dryer with steam feature
- Parking (4 spaces) right next to the entrance. Additional parking is available upon request.

Entire apartment is all on one level, no stairs to climb at all.
Other things to note
We are a fully licensed Airbnb with the Town of Clarence - license number 2021-01 (expires 08/15/2023). Loretta is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and is trained in infection control. Loretta personally supervises the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of the entire apartment. We use EPA-Registered hospital disinfectant products (MadaCide), sanitize all bed linens, and use the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while cleaning the apartment.

The check in/out process was seamless. The house was quaint with everything we needed and more. Loretta and Gary had the place stocked with coffee!! And a nice assortment of chips. Nice backyard to sit and visit with family and room for my son to run. I will be staying here again! Thank you for such a great place to stay.
