Unique Private Oasis in the City ! This exquisite bungalow is the
perfect retreat. The kitchen windows immerse the guests into a lushly landscaped backyard with mature fruit trees beside a large and private heated pool and hot tub. Wonderful parks and nearby access to shopping, bars, restaurants, and local recreation. Easy access to 51 freeway and central to everything in the valley. 15 min to airport, 5 min to hiking trails, and 13 min to downtown. Easy access to highway to drive north to Sedona. Great home base to explore the valley!

Richard was so up to date with us and made sure all was well throughout our stay! the pool and kitchen were our favorite spots, they were super unique and homely. such a great host and place, looking forward to staying here again!

This was a nice hidden gem. The property provided a private swimming area with palm trees and cacti to give it an oasis vibe. Floating in the pool watching the stars above was pretty amazing. Location was great as it was an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. Loved the record player and the vintage vinyl! Communication with Rich was easy and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay again on a future visit.

We enjoyed the unique decor and great daylight in this house, plus spinning tunes on the record player. The backyard pool and hot tub with views of mountains where great as well. Good location within 5 minutes of hikes, groceries, and Interstates for road trips. Rich is a stellar host.

Cute spot, with a good location relative to hikes and to Scottsdale. Sad we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub because they looked great! And the owner is a great communicator so we really appreciated that.

Property checked all the boxes for the basics and excelled at the extras! The charming host was incredibly personable and his property reflected that throughout with the record collection, greeting wine, personal hygiene supplies and many other things. Truly a host of hosts creating a wonderful experience!

Super clean, easy location

My son, daughter, husband and I met in Phoenix to celebrate husband's birthday. The home was very comfortable, super clean and easy access to the activities we came to town for: golf, hiking and dining.

North Phoenix surgery trip

My wife and I stayed with her parents at the property on Lupine so my mother in law could have surgery. We were pleasantly surprised with a pellet smoker and all the condiments and comforts of this home. Owner was attentive to our needs and we enjoyed a peaceful stay. The Best Hist Ever

We had a great time. We have family that live just 2 blocks over so Richard’s place was perfect for us. Loved watching the sky lighten up from the kitchen windows. Beds were comfortable and decor was quirky but fun. He is a wonderful host and quick to answer any questions. Will be back.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Rich’s place was perfect for our family getaway with the kiddos and grandma. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The house was well equipped and had the best coffee appliance selection of probably any place I’ve stayed! Beds were comfy. Backyard was great. Location is close to lots of shopping and hiking options but on a very quiet street in a nice neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for hosting us Rich!

Girls weekend

My girlfriends and I got together for a long weekend in Phoenix and this property was perfect for our needs. Rich was very responsive with everything from an early check in to a late check out he went above and beyond. The property was within walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus for after day relaxation. Five stars!

Exceeded expectations in Phoenix

Can’t recommend this place enough. The place has real style and Rich is an impeccable host - always responsive and generous with advice. Initially we were concerned when we saw on Google maps that the place was near a highway, but this was a total non issue. Don’t let this dissuade you! Comfortable beds, lovely yard and pool (we were a bit early in the season to enjoy it). Good water pressure, all appliances are top notch with every channel and streaming service imaginable. We would totally stay here again. Very good vibes from arrival to departure. Thank you, Rich!

Incredible house with lots of fun details - heated pool was perfect even for a relatively cool stay in Phoenix, and the hot tub hit the spot especially in the evening. Great for kids with the pool area being fenced in. Loved the patio, record player, and decor. Fantastic location within the metro area. Great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the welcome guide. Would 10/10 come back again.

This property is in a great neighborhood and close to everything! It's a short drive to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. It has great access to the 17 to go up north to wine country and Sedona. I absolutely love this house and I hope you do too.
