Updated Oceanfront Condo - Great Location - Top Floor!

This comfortable remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath flat is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy watching the waves from your sofa while lounging in the living room. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for a quick meal. The master bedroom also has wonderful ocean views. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your large balcony.

This 3rd floor condo with elevator access has breath taking views of the beach and pool from practically the entire unit. Plenty of space for your entire family!

Spanish Trace offers lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickleball and basketball courts. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back from the beach.

A one time parking fee per vehicle of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the onsite office at the complex, maximum vehicles is 2.

Relaxed

Nicest condo we’ve had in years at St Augustine (were there 3-4 year). Grounds were beautiful. It’s a bit away from restaurants/bars if one is looking for that. Great weekend!

Beach getaway

Great location right on the beach with an awesome view. We've been to St Augustine a few times and this was the best place we stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked that we cooked many meals there and the best part was the washer and dryer in the unit. Will definitely book there again.

Rest and Relaxation

We had to get moved due to concrete restoration at our original spot, but the property manager found us a new spot immediately. Access to beach was easy, pool was clean and beautiful, and our view from condo is exactly what we wanted. Ocean views! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

The Property is very well-kept. The pool area is immaculate. The lawns and gardens just lovely and the close proximity to the beach is wonderful. The condo itself could use more of a touchup as far as cleanliness.

Great condo!

Very clean and well appointed. Nice linens and furniture. The view from the large balcony is terrific. No problems checking in and out. Loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Will definitely return.
