Being on the ground floor means no stairs or elevators—simply grab your towel and stroll straight to the beach. Inside, you’ll find soothing coastal décor, new furnishings, and modern appliances—everything you need for a stress-free, relaxing stay.

St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort offers 24-hour gated security and resort-style amenities that let you truly relax. Enjoy two pools (one heated), five hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce, and a private beach walkway only steps away. Park once and unwind—walk to nearby restaurants like Taco Libre and Mangos, take the golf cart shuttle to Salt Life Grill by the pier, or hop on the nearby trolley for an easy ride to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

The location of this condo is just great—ground floor and just steps away from beach access. The room was well stocked with basic amenities and was very comfy (great dining table for board gaming, comfortable furniture for relaxing, and smart tv’s for those dreary days). The host was also great. He was always quick to respond and was dedicated to making our stay a great one. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

We stay in the complex every year and we love it for the pool, beach, and access to groceries, restaurants and mini golf. Mike’s place is great because it’s one of the only ones with a pack and play…you’d have to rent or buy one at the other units. Great place, could use a little updating and maybe a couple more beach chairs…but it has most essentials. Kitchen was stocked. No board games or puzzles, but lots of throw back DVDs which we liked.

Great location, great layout

Loved the location on the beach, plenty of amenities in the resort including pool and hot tubs, layout of the condo was very conducive to families. Lots of restaurants and activities for children in the area.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved everything about our stay! It was a short walk to the beach. The condo itself cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach cart with the umbrella and chairs. It was perfect for our family vacation.

Perfect retreat for ocean lovers

Everything was as promised, and the guests had a fabulous week being beach bums! The condo was well stocked (lots of towels, beach chairs and umbrella) and clean. The host was very responsive, and location was great!

Perfect family Spring Break

We had the best time at this property. It was a perfect spot for a small family with young kids. The beach access was incredible and being on the ground floor made for easy loading/unloading with kids. The condo was very comfortable and had great amenities. I would for sure stay here again.

Perfect for our family

The condo was what we needed for our weekend getaway. A short walk to the beach with 2 kiddos was perfect. Minutes away from some amazing restaurants. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet area on the beach.
