Your guests will enjoy an abundance of space and comfort at this inviting getaway. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the home features two master suites for added privacy, plus two additional bedrooms that share a full bath. For larger groups or families with children, three extra air mattresses provide even more flexible sleeping arrangements.

FULL ACCESS

We have provided 3 extra Queen Air Mattresses for use in the open areas of both Master bedrooms and the front sitting room. Board games and RETRO NINTENDO (630 games) available for renter use.

Driveway can handle 4 vehicles. Lyft and UBER available. The downtown association has cart rides from the bars and restaurants for FREE once you get downtown Cape Coral.
Fort Myers - Lyft Rides average around $23 a trip.

The heated saltwater pool is a standout feature—spacious, refreshing, and guaranteed to keep the kids entertained all day. Inside, the open‑concept layout allows everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together in one welcoming space.

Located just two blocks from downtown Cape Coral, you can easily walk to popular restaurants, bars, and local hotspots, making this home the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

POOL HEAT SURCHARGE - $30/day, by request.
POOL has a cover which keeps water around 74 degrees.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IN POOL AREA-broken glass in the pool requires a full water exchange - $1500

Family Christmas gathering

My mom, who is 80 years old, wanted to spend Christmas near the beach with her grandchildren and great-grandson. It was a last-minute trip as we were waiting for clearance from her oncologist. The house was perfect for us—we loved the layout, the location, and how well-equipped it was. However, we paid to have the pool heated, as my mom wanted to use it, but unfortunately, it didn’t warm up enough in the two days we were there. Despite that, we had a wonderful time and plan to return, probably during warmer months, so we can fully enjoy the pool.

Cape Coral Fun

We had a lovely stay. Had all the amenities, relaxed in hot tub and pool. We grilled on the back patio which was very nice. Very nice restaurants were only a couple of blocks away, a very pleasant walk. Good times!! Thank you!!

House was nice and clean. Plenty of room. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and perfect temperature. Downtown is within walking distance. Host was very detailed and accommodating.
