Take a dip in the jacuzzi, unwind in the game room, or simply savor the tranquil ambiance. Experience ultimate blend of comfort & luxury in this idyllic retreat –your perfect getaway awaits!

Note: To ensure the home is always in impeccable condition and part of routine maintenance the following professionals such as gardener, pool and pest control specialist would visit the exterior of the home for routine weekly maintenance.

Pool Heater
Pool Heater available as an additional fee of $25.00 per day from the arrival day to the departure day. Only schedule for 7 hours per day when the pool is running. Special monthly rates available.

Fun House

The house is fun with the Pool, Jacuzzi and Game Room area. We had time to Relax, have Fun and enjoy it.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. There was no grill and no TVs in the bedrooms, despite these being listed amenities. Guests were also not allowed to use the pool, hot tub, or fire pit after 8 PM, which I didn’t see in the listing. I had my grandchildren that wanted to night swim & couldnt. Who is going to have a fire in Florida before 8pm? It is in a elderly hoa community.Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: closet doors were nearly falling off, the master bathroom shower drain didn’t work, and the hot tub had broken parts floating in it. The garage door looked like someone hit with a car or tried to break in.The secondary bathroom was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned.The listing also claimed a water view, which simply was not true.To make matters worse, there were outside cameras with a green light on that made us feel like we were being monitored, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.Overall, the property was misrepresented and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
