Enjoy outdoor coastal living at its best in this cute Low Country cottage on the marsh front of the May River in Bluffton. Enjoy sunrises and low country boils in the pavilion, family dinners in the screened-in porch, and walks to Brighton Beach. Enjoy the back yard views in the hot tub or jump on the golf cart and head into town. Just 20 +/- minutes from Hilton Head Beach, 20 minutes from Beaufort and nestled in the quaint, cozy town of Bluffton. This property has a outdoor porch / dock to watch the sunset beside the May River. There are many features in the area such as the beach, exceptional golf courses, fishing, shopping, delicious food and incredible sight seeing opportunities. Come enjoy our Newley remodel bungalow and experience all that Bluffton has to offer!

We had a great visit to this house for the Thanksgiving holiday. We actually hosted dinner for our family on the enclosed patio which was perfect. It even included a table for kids! We were able to prepare a full thanksgiving meal in the kitchen and the family enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit in the evening while playing corn hole on the boards provided by the host. I would definitely rent this house again.

Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

We had a great time during our stay in Bluffton! The house was clean and comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful weather. We especially loved the hot tub in the evenings and the convenience of the golf cart for getting around. Would definitely stay here again!

great vacation

Property was great, close proximity to the boat ramp, and downtown. However, we couldn't find the sofa bed or maybe we couldn't figure it out as mentioned in the listing description.

Bluffton state of mind

The home & property is beautiful, waking up to the smell of the marsh makes you feel at home. Currently on the market (I’d buy if I could) hopefully stays just a little longer on there so we can visit this beautiful home one more time ☺️ The golf cart is the cherry on top, from morning strolls to pre sunset drive around the area makes you feel like a local all over again. Josh you’re home is truly immaculate, thank you for allowing my family & I to experience it!

Beautiful Landscaping/property, Lackluster Interior

About an hour away from the property, I reached out to the host to tell him I had not received check in instructions. Immediately, someone else reached out to me via text introducing themselves by first name only. I wasn't sure who they were so I didn't follow back up. The host provided check in instructions at that time. (Strange to have to ask for that information) The boat in the picture is on the property at all times. There's plenty of drive access for one vehicle but seemed like a weird thing as well. The interior of the home had an odor coming from plugins that was so strong, it seeped outside and was almost nauseating. The house had the bare basics. One trash bag for guests, two rolls of toilet paper, etc. These are all things that may not matter to some but for an extended stay, just things I noted. We found a plastic cap in one of the beds so this concerned me that the room hadn't been cleaned very well? On our second day there, while on the beach, I received a text from the same number as before stating that they needed a golf cart waiver signed (which included providing CC info). Very weird to sign anything giving CC info outside of VRBO- after* booking the property. The property is beautiful for what we needed/wanted. We love lots of down time and the fire pit, hammock, and grill allowed for us to lay low for our trip which is exactly what we wanted. Golf cart was perfect!

Perfect getaway, clean, loved the Golf cart!

Had an incredible stay at Bluffton Outdoor Paradise in South Carolina! The home was immaculate and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The golf cart provided seamless town access, and the short trip to the beach was a bonus. Roasting s’mores by the outdoor fire pit added the perfect touch to our evenings. Working with Josh and his team was nothing short of amazing – their hospitality truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable getaway! We will be back!
