The Boaty Hole is your peaceful and centrally located lake oasis. It is just a short walk to Chesswood plaza which has Mugshots Coffee and Boondocks Bar and Grill. You are also only a short drive from Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Shopping, and lots of great restaurant options. Want to stay in? Enjoy beautiful views from the patio or sip drinks by the pool! Our Condo is dog friendly so feel free to bring those fur babies on vacation with you!

Sisters weekend

Property was very clean. It was dog friendly that was nice. We felt very safe. It was just as advertised. Pretty view from the balcony. We would stay there again.

Lake escape

This served as the perfect spot to escape from Little Rock. The amenities were awesome—from puzzles and games to toiletries and supplies. The host responded immediately to any communication. THANK YOU!

Lovely getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights in March over Spring Break and had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. There was an incredibly view of the lake and downtown Hot Springs was a short drive away.

Absolutely Fabulous

Everything was beyond our dreams.We go to Hot Springs quite often and have brought our pups before but this was a knew experience on the lake and close to everything.The detail to the condo made it like being at home.Everything you need is there and going in Clean and perfect.Beautiful view from the balcony and could go on and on but can’t wait till our next stay.5 Star rating😊❤️🐶🐶🐶

We have stayed at several Hot Springs lake houses and condos over the last 20+ years, but nothing compares to our stay at the super dog friendly Boaty Hole! I packed everything we’ve always needed each year we go to Lake Hamilton, but this year I could have packed half the stuff! Need a XL blowup mattress? ✅ How about lake towels?✅ Dog dish/crate/toys? ✅ Boat slip with boat lift?✅. Regular size toiletries/dish and laundry soaps/wipes/cleaners/paper products?✅✅✅. I could go on and on. The owners went above and beyond to think of everything for this rental property. It ‘smelled’ like a new build and was clean and remodeled in modern finishes. We will definitely book this one again!

We enjoyed being on the lake - watching fireworks 3 nights was very fun for our teenage daughter - also enjoyed the local shopping and food - would highly recommend the condo and property owners are fantastic

Clean & cozy

We came to watch our daughter perform in her Nationals Dance Competition at the Convention Center and we were very impressed by the way the condo looked. Dalton and Leia did a fantastic job with decor, cleanliness, and amenities! They were both very quick at responding to questions. The view of the lake was gorgeous We could not have asked for a more peaceful experience while enduring the busyness of competition.☺️

Great unit and Great Location

Birthday getaway for my wife. Shopping and dining and one full day on the lake. Great break from reality!! Never found my gate code to access the property. Another tenant opened the gate for us. All I received was the door code.

Decent little condo

Only complaint is the level of debris in the lake...and the oily sheen across the top...i wouldnt eat the fish The condo itself was immaculate

Cute condo for our weekend getaway.

This two bedroom, upstairs condo was just what we needed for our weekend getaway to see Hot Springs National Park with our pup. Clean, well appointed with a nice view of the waterway from the patio. Secured, gate access right of one of the main road, the condo was a short drive to downtown Hot Springs.

AWESOME!

My parents and I went for a long weekend to Hot Springs. This was their first time in a VRBO. We have visited the year for over 30 years. Always would stay at the Arlington Hotel. However that needs some major updating. I was a little nervous about it not being up to their expectations and we were arriving at 11:30 pm, so I was also worried about check in. CLEAN, CUTELY DECORATED, PET FRIENDLY (took my 8 year old morkie), EASY CHECK IN, GATED, able to EASILY COMMUNICATE WOTH OWNERS, STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING and FANTASTIC VIEW OF THE LAKE. It was really just great!!!!! Having two bathrooms was so clutch for us. It looks just like the pictures. The downstairs neighbor was great… friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Everyone at the complex was so friendly. Thank you Dalton and Leia!

Arkansas retreat

First trip to Hot Springs with family for Spring Break and we decided to spend our evenings at Peekend getaway. Condo is well appointed and stocked with most things you would need away from home. We brought our own games, but there is a nice selection at the property. The beds are comfortable, and the space is roomy. Hot Springs is easy to get around in, so distance wasn’t really a factor for us while sightseeing. The only downside (definitely not a deal breaker for staying again) would be starting laundry and removing all trash from condo after paying a cleaning fee. I only mention this because we owned a large vacation rental through VRBO for years on Lake LBJ with busy summers and same day turns. Still really enjoyed our stay.

A little bit about us-- We currently live in Little Rock, AR and have been married since October 2014. We love the lake and actually got married on Lake Ouachita at Mountain Harbor Resort. We currently have two sweet puppies named Zero (border collie) & Ernie (mutt). Dalton is in medical device sales and Leia is a CPA. We love to travel, meet new people, and eat all of the good food. Apart from being just minutes away from some of Hot Springs greatest attractions, we are also conveniently located next to many necessities you'll need or want during your stay. Just outside of the gated community (very short walk) is Chesswood Plaza which includes Boondocks Local Bar and Grill as well as Mugshots Coffee ( a locally owned company). We also have Paradise Liquor store just across the street. If you're looking for a great sports bar to eat and catch a game then you are in luck. Bubba Brews is just a short drive across the bridge with great views, food, outdoor seating and T.V.'s on T.V.'s for your viewing pleasure. The Boaty Hole also has a boat slip available for rent for an additional charge. Please message the host if interested.
