This unique stay, affectionately known as "The Gargoyle," has all of the qualities to make your visit to Louisville a great experience. The property is in a prime location, proximal to some of the best restaurants and nightlife in town. The property was newly renovated in 2022 with all of the best amenities and features in mind for our guests. There are multiple living spaces, kitchens, and thoughtful nooks that will give you and your guests plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Plenty of room for a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we return to Louisville. Host communication before and during the stay was seamless, we appreciated some advanced suggestions and local recommendations. There was more than enough room for 6 adults, and would be ideal for a few families as well. The neighborhood was convenient to several restaurants and coffee shops; it was a bit of a walk downtown but we did it twice without issue. Uber/Lyft seemed pretty readily available. Overall a great time!

Beautiful House, good location

The house was beautiful with old wood floors, unique layout and updated bathrooms and facilities. It was easy to walk to different places and was a quick drive to many more. There is one bedroom on the first floor right off the kitchen. Nice large dining room table where we enjoyed family style meals. Four bedrooms on the second floor, three of which were interconnecting as well as doors to the hallway. They all shared one bathroom. There was an additional kitchen area on the second floor. The third floor had three large beds, great full bathroom and a TV couch area. The beds were spaced out enough that it is an easily shareable space but no walls between beds. We would stay here again!
