Welcome to our Vibrant 1-Bedroom Loft!

This cozy and stylish loft is perfect for short or long-term stays for up to four people. The industrial-style design features exposed pipes and concrete floors that give the loft a rustic and authentic feel, while modern amenities provide all the comforts of home.

The location of the loft is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of the city and just steps away from the best shops, restaurants, and attractions. And when you're ready to unwind, you can relax on the private outdoor balcony and take in the Jasper Ave views.

✦ Parking: Parking NOT included with your reservation. Paid street parking or Private parking options available. Please check more instructions under section “Other Things to Note”

✦ TV and Internet: Stay entertained with high-speed 300 Mbps internet and a large 55-inch Smart Curve TV with complimentary Netflix.

✦ Kitchen: This kitchen boasts clean countertops, cabinetry, and basic appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals.

✦ Bathroom: Full 4-pieces bathroom equipped with fresh towels, hair dryer, and dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll even find Q-tips and facial cotton pads for your convenience.

✦ Office/Workstation: Ideal for students and working professionals.

✦ Laundry: Do you have some laundry to do? No problem! We have a washer and dryer available for you to use, and we'll even provide detergent.

✦ Bedrooms: The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The living area has a cozy sofa that can be converted into a bed for additional 2 guests.

✦ Balcony: Enjoy of a cozy open space in this well set balcony.

✦ Our guests have full access to all rooms and amenities within the loft
✦ There are 3 ways to access the building: through the front entrance, the back-alley doors, or via the underground parking area.

Other Things To Note:

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ✦
This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.


✦ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ✦
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

To gain initial access to the building, you will need to use a link that acts as virtual FOB with the intercom system.

Detailed check-in instructions, including both Link and Smart Lock codes, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.


✦ DOWNTOWN CORE ✦
The condo is located in downtown Edmonton, and you may hear some traffic noise.

As a vibrant and diverse community, downtown is home to a variety of residents, including some who may be homeless. Please be aware of your surroundings.


✦ PARKING ✦
There is no parkade in the building, however, there are two options for parking:

⦿ Street Parking: This is administered by the city of Edmonton. You will need to use one of the parking machines, or download the EPARK app for ease of use. Only recommended to use during short periods and be aware the city will tow away if you park on Jasper Ave, Mon-Fri from 3:30 PM-6:00 PM.

⦿ Private Parking: Rates can be checked on the Impark website (The building address is 10024 Jasper Ave). Early bird discounts may be available at certain locations. The Westin Hotel, Scotia Place, and ATB Place offer the nearest recommended parking to the building. Additionally, some deals are available through the "Hangtag" app when downloaded.

NOTE: Given the downtown location, it's advisable to utilize , particularly for overnight stays. Ensure to take all valuables with you. Rice Howard, the closest parking option to the building, is NOT recommended.

✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦
1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There is ONE OUTDOOR security camera located at the loft main door, only to monitor outdoor activity. This device will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level
4. The common areas of the building are under 24-hour surveillance. There are multiple security cameras throughout the building.

⫸ CANCELLATION POLICY
VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 46% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.

Quiet and peaceful return visit

This was my second time staying at the loft and I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean, it was very quiet, peaceful and I felt very safe staying here on my own. The check in and out process was simple and clearly communicated. I would highly recommend staying here if you need something centrally located in Edmonton.

Great location for meetings at the conference centre

Great location by conference centre. Very walkable area. Good communication. Clean and comfortable. Did not use but kitchen seems very well equipped. Overall a good choice for a single, couple, or small family.

For the busy location, the loft was fairly quiet. It was within walking distance to many downtown locations. It only had streaming channels though and couldn’t watch any live TV.

Perfect size and location for us, very luckytofindit. Having the place "pre-warmed" would have been perfect due to low temps as it took full 24 hours to take the chill off.

The loft itself is cool, however the location is sketchy. There is only one window that can open and it's in the door to the balcony. The balcony is adjacent to about 5 others that are easily accesible and there were weeds growing up through the cement. The building entrance was not well maintained. If I was staying alone I would have left as I did not feel safe to leave window open and there was no AC. There was a lovely pub just doors down that served excellent food for dinner. Property was clean and decorated nicely.

I really enjoyed the loft! It’s conveniently located, quiet and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and there’s good water pressure in the shower. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

Clean, safe and great location!

I had a great experience staying at the loft! I drove up for the long weekend and everything about the loft was wonderful. It was clean, safe, and very quiet considering it is located downtown. It was a very calming space to come back to after busy days and nights. The communication with Jocsan was excellent and everything about the place matched the description and my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend the loft to friends and family coming to Edmonton.

Great loft condo

We traveled to Edmonton for a winter festival and the location of this condo was excellent. Close to good food and central to lots of activities and sites. It was the perfect size for a get away in the city. Having access to an outdoor space was also great. Transportation is also readily accessible.

Business stay

I had a wonderful time at the loft, I just had problems confirming the right address, which was actually located at Jasper Avenue. This region was very close to the places I had to go, but it was also a region with homeless people and drug users, but I had no problems with them. I would recommend this place for those who dont have a car and need to be in the downtown region.

This place was very clean and comfortable, and communication from the hosts was excellent. The area outside the building didn't feel very safe at night if you're a single female but it's right next door to the transit station so very convenient for transportation. Tea and coffee were available but would be improved by adding a decaffeinated tea option.

Perfect downtown loft

This was the perfect base for us while attending a conference at the Edmonton Convention Centre which was two blocks away. Comfortable, clean, cheerful and bright, this was a lovely flat to both come home to and spend time hanging out in. The balcony patio is a great feature as well complete with barbecue. Host Jocsan was very responsive- had some difficulty with the virtual fob and door code to check in but he sorted it out promptly/remotely. Had an amazing time exploring the area using the public scooters scattered around the city!

This is the ideal property to stay at in Edmonton. Local transportation is right out front (LRT Bus), plentiful of restaurants and dining options are within walking distance, as well as a few grocery stores. The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything you could need for your stay, from cookware, utensils, etc... I would only say that the mattress and pillows are more on the "firm" side. It is not necessarily a negative if that is what you are looking for. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Modern condo in great location

Great City Centre condo within walking distance to restaurants, museums, and Central Station. I liked the cheery modern decor. If I could change anything, it would be to come back in the summer LOL, as I would've liked to use the private patio, and with the high ceilings of the loft-style condo, it took a while to warm up. The host responded right away to help make it more comfortable as quickly as possible. I would recommend this place and hope to return again!

It’s not just BUSY it’s scary

This location is literally attached to the downtown LRT station. As a female, checking in alone while my husband looked for parking- I did not feel safe. The door code process was lengthy and it took multiple attempts to get in. (Sleeping homeless in the doorway) Once Inside, the security was arguing with a group of men saying they were just there to “check out a place”- the stairwell was not monitored and it smelt like urine, cigarettes etc. my husband, once he joined me, agreed that this was not a good place to stay. The actual unit was as pictured/ and communication with the host was prompt/ I messaged them all the above details and the response I got was “ As mentioned in our listing, the downtown location can sometimes be busy, and unfortunately, this is something that affects many parts of the neighborhood. ” It was not just busy- it was the sleeping ground for many displaced individuals. We left the property without staying in it. Messaged the host - received a $31.00 refund. Just be aware when booking that there are different definitions of “a busy location “
