Located just off of the Grand Glaize Bridge at mile marker 19 in Osage Beach, this condo is exactly where you want to be for all of your activities at the Lake.

The brand new Topsider is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. This new complex is still adding amenities and facilities but guests joining us in 2023 will have access to the beautiful lakeside swimming pool, covered dock for fishing if you're looking to cast a line, free parking, and free WiFi.

With a King in the Main Suite and Queens in each of the other two guestrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably with their own space. During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the family pool or infinity pool for some sun, one of four covered docks for some fishing, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or off to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most destinations <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!

When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on the flat screen over the elegant electric fireplace, or even catch up on your TV binge using the streaming services available on one of 4 TVs provided in each bedroom and Living Room..

BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our multiple Boat Slips available in 12x40 and 14x36! Topsider DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.
***In general, slips will be provided on a first request basis between the multiple condos that we offer at Topsider for $25/night. If a specific size is needed please confirm availability to avoid any issues.***

Parking is free and first-come-first serve for the entire complex.

We utilize NestxYale SmartLocks for our rentals making check-in, check-out, and condo access extremely easy for our guests. NO KEYS REQUIRED!

With keyless locks and check-in, our guests only need to reach out to us if they need us. It is preferred that guests utilize Vrbo to ask questions or if they need assistance that is not an emergency as we have set our home up in a way that our guests should feel at home. If it is an emergency or pressing issue, we are available by phone/text as needed.

Topsider is a brand new luxury condo complex with a mix of Vacation Condos and residences right in the heart of Osage Beach. From the parking lot you are <10 minutes away from just about all of the attractions by car and endless activities by water!

Onsite parking is free for guests. There are no reserved spots and we would recommend parking on the far end (furthest from the entrance) to be closes to your condo.

Perfect Getaway Location

This is the perfect place to stay. Great condo. Easy access to shopping, golf, lake and restaurants. Pools are perfect and beautiful at night with all of the changing colored lights. Owners are awesome. They answered all my questions within a very short period, prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Couples Get Away

Had a great end of summer weekend getaway with friends. The condo was nice for 3 couples so we didn’t have to share bathrooms. Very modern with nice finishes. The host, Scott, was responsive with the couple of issues we did had but all in all nothing major! Pools are very nice! I’d love to check out the penthouse next summer!

Amazing Condo & Hosts

Our stay at 204 Lake Haven was amazing! The condo was beautiful, it looked brand new and had all the amenities we needed. We loved eating out on the spacious balcony and enjoyed the view especially those sunsets. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The two pools on the property were huge and there was ample space to lounge. Our only complaint was that they didn’t seem to be heated during our stay but were well maintained and refreshing nonetheless! Scott and Heather were fantastic hosts and answered all of our questions. They even messaged us on our trip down to let us know the condo was ready earlier than expected and that we could check-in early. That was much appreciated after a long trip. Thanks Scott and Heather, we’ll definitely look to come back!

Perfect getaway!!

Awesome stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July holiday! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. It is so spacious with a big kitchen and seating area. The view from the patio was a favorite! Thank you Scott for being such a good host!

Best place ever!

Luxurious stay

Beautiful new condo well equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Awesome communication throughout the rental process with Scott and Heather. Great location, very clean, with a large patio overlooking the pool area and the grand glaze bridge. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful area condo with something for everyone!

Beautiful brand new condo. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. We fished daily near the boat dock where the newer condos will be. We caught so many fish!!! This unit made it possible for our whole family to vacation together. No arguments on sharing bathrooms! We didn’t cook as much as planned in the unit because Osage Beach restaurants were plentiful with short wait times. We will be back there is so much to do in the area, we only scratched the surface! The grounds are still under construction but can’t wait to see once everything is completed!

Best condo we’ve stayed in at the lake of the Ozarks

We usually get a short term rental at the lake of the Ozarks three to five times a year. This one undoubtably is better than anything we have stayed at. Definitely the best of the best. Fantastic hosts with fantastic communication.

Great condo

We had a great time at the lake of the Ozarks in this wonderful condo. The location is perfect and the place was so clean and so convenient. We loved the new pool and look forward to going back again next year. The hosts were very nice and very accommodating.

Perfect location

Loved the condo. The property is still under construction so that did cause for some minimal noise and some obstacles in regards to the common areas and access to the pool. But overall it wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend wearing shoes at all times when outdoors.

Amazing Stay!!

We had the best stay at this condo! It is more spacious than the pictures show, the decor is great, very clean, and so nice! We loved the located- right on the lake but not in a super crowded area. Right down the street from grocery stores and restaurants. The pool area is so nice. We had small kids with us and they loved it, but us adult also felt like we could relax. We definitely want come back and stay in the condo again! Hosts were awesome and always replied quickly with any of our questions :)

Excellent Host!

The condo was lovely, roomy, and just as pictured. The Master bed and furniture throughout the condo was very comfy. We had a small problem with the previous housekeeping, but Scott and Heather took care of it very quickly. The pool is amazing, and the location is in the middle of it all. I do feel that a few toiletries could be added for comfort and convenience. We were very pleased with the property overall and its location and would love to stay again! Cheers to the outstanding hosts- Scott and Heather!!
