Beautiful Brand New condo located in the heart of Osage Beach with easy access right off highway 54. It is within minutes by car or boat to all the local hot spots.

By water, you are at the19th mile marker right off the main channel and the 1st mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in the heart of Osage Beach making most destinations within 5 to 15 mins of the condo including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and much more!

The condo offers two king size beds, a queen size bed and three big bathrooms. It also includes a washer and dryer.

Luxury getaway at Osage Beach

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It’s super spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies making this a perfect getaway for a week in the Ozarks. The kids loved the two pools for day and night swimming while I appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi to get some work done. The property is conveniently located near great restaurants, boat rental access, and local attractions. I highly recommend staying here for your next Ozark getaway.

Perfect Ozark get away

This condo was very clean, everything available that we needed for our adult family weekend. We were close to many bars/restaurants, and had easy access to parking. We had 3 couples that stayed and plenty of space. We would definitely return to this condo and recommend to others! Communication with hose was simple and responsive!

Great Condo and Location

This condo met all expectations. Nicely equipped, new and modern. Location is awesome - in the general vicinity of many great spots and also quick trips for necessity shopping. Would stay at the condo and complex again in a heartbeat. All communication was quickly responded to.

Summer Fun

The condo is beautiful, clean and had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed going to Dog Days right across the lake and Andy’s frozen custard stand. The location is fantastic and the kids loved to swim at the pool. The owners were kind and easy to reach. We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect: Highly Recommend!!!

You can summarize this rental in one word, FLAWLESS! Everything from the location to the furnishings is simply perfect. The condo itself is spacious, has high end finishings, and the owners definitely spared no expense on details. If you are looking for a higher end rental with a great view, my group highly recommends this Topsider condo. Thanks again for the help with the extra boat slip. We look forward to renting from you again in the future.

Brand New

Much of the complex is still being built so it feels incomplete, and you’ll see a lot of construction during the week. There was not a working elevator when we stayed. But the apartment was brand new and furnishings were great. Overall a great stay!

Last. Afternoon & overnight renters in condo directly above were very noisy, pounding feet, moving furniture, scrapping/ dragging heavy things. Partying till 2:00am. Sounded like kids jumping on & off the beds
