We had a wonderful stay! Super easy to access and we also immediately noticed the place was very clean. The location was perfect for what we needed, parking was easy, and we felt safe and comfortable when walking around. We found a great little coffee shop within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful and attentive. If we visit New Orleans again, we’ll definitely be staying here!

New Orleans get away

Accommodations very comfortable, location was perfect, walking distance to some great restaurants. Close to Canal Street and cable cars. Appreciated the owner who was very communicative with us. Would stay here again.

Excellent trip to NOLA

Excellent property, a short walk from the trolley and in a safe residential area. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Off-street parking and a great space. Loved our stay.

The property was very centrally, located to everything. Right around the corner from the trolley. It met all of our needs while we were in New Orleans. The owner was very helpful with our questions and the recommendation for dinner was spot on.

Great Spot in Mid City

Our family stayed over Mardi Gras and the property was great. Close to all areas of the city. Bonus was that it is only one block from Canal Street and the Krewe of Endymion, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Matt was a fantastic host, and his place was just right for us. Highly recommend.

Incredible location and place with a great host

The place was exactly as depicted. Matt is a great host, responsive and friendly. The location is easy and walkable to food and bars. Highly recommend!

Nice place.

My daughter and I enjoyed this place. Close to things. Only downer and one that is evident in pictures, are the steep stairs.

Great location for NOLA visit

Great spot for a home base visiting New Orleans for the weekend. You are close to the Street Car and have great options for dining and drinking near the house in Mid-City. The property manager responds quickly and while we did not need anything while we were visiting we knew we could reach out if needed. The beds were comfy and the house is spacious. The area is well lit if you are walking back at night.

Loved staying here!! Bed very comfy!! Short walk to trolley, which is a great way to get around. Matt was a super great host!!! Easy to work with, very prompt on helping with anything!! Would most definitely stay here again!!!!

Great Appartement with a great host

We stayed for 10 days there. We had a great time. The Appartement is clean, perfectly equipped and near to a streetcar station on canal street. Around you have supermarkets and restaurants. You had enough parking space on the street. The Host Matt is quickly available for any question.

Location!

We loved staying here! Steps away from the streetcar line, in a sweet neighborhood. Walked to Queen Trini and Katie’s for meals, both delicious. My teenage son and I had room to spread out, stay cool, store leftovers and toast up bagels before heading out for the day. Such a fun time.

Quiet and convenient upstairs unit

House is just this side of historic, a super charming apartment w/ high ceilings, kitchen with full kit if you're staying a while, updated bathroom and comfortable beds. The balcony is also such a bonus! Really enjoyed being able to ride streetcar down to Bourbon St and then come home to sleep off the party in a quiet neighborhood.
