Amazing central location just 10 minutes to Brickell, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and just 15 minutes to South Beach....only one block from Loan Depot Stadium!! You will love this amazing, 2-story home with wonderful outdoor living space that includes eating and living space in tranquil backyard and on large, covered porch on 2nd level of this two story gem. Two bedrooms upstairs with small, 4th bedroom with single bed within master suite perfect for small child. Great location on large property with plenty of space to spread out.....Book today!!

Great location for the stadium, VP of Sports company.

Great stay and close to the stadium for 2 days of work. House was very nice and clean.

Nice Weekend

Was spacious duplex that 6 adults and 1 toddler occupied for the weekend. Host was very accommodating. We did have to pay a deposit which was a first but it was returned within 48hrs. Only true con was we were unable to utilize the counters or cook due to an infestation of ants. Didn't pose a huge problem because I tend to cook less on vacation. They were only in the kitchen and it didn't matter if we left bottle water or unopened goods they'd be all over it. We bleached and wiped down daily. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

Great home with poor communication

We had a nice 2 days in this home. The rooms were adequate and the space was comfortable. The home is in an industrial neighborhood so walking to restaurants/groceries is not really possible in 30 degree Miami heat. We had our 9 month old with us and was advised that a pack & play would be at the home for us. When we arrived it was not there, this is no big deal but after multiple phone calls and texts there was no response. There was a loose dining room chair that my mom was sitting on and it seemed safe. However during dinner the chair collapsed and she fell to the ground. I reached out to management multiple times during our stay and no response. The address provided is different from the one expected to be used and the location of the lockbox. This was confusing to find in a thunderstorm with a baby after a long day of travel. Communication for entry could have been much better, I had to search multiple emails for instruction on how to access the home. Little Havana on 8th street was awesome. Great vibes, food, and people. This home is nice, however poorly managed. We won't be back even though the price it right.
