• Keyless self-check-in, no key to carry around; the day of your arrival, we will message you with the entry code and check-in details.

• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.
• While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to the area, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.).
• Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week via Messenger, but if any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
• Wheelchair inaccessible due to step at entrances.
• We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies.
• The outdoor shed on the property is locked and not accessible.
• Interior fireplace is decorative and not usable.
• There is an external camera that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours.
