Located in Moanalua Valley, our new golf course-frontage hillside homes are an easy 10-12 minute freeway drive to Camp Smith, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu Airport, Downtown Honolulu and abundant area shopping. SAM.gov Registered, DoD-Eligible Vendor, Active CAGE Code available upon request/booking.
Our impressive 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 3 story fully furnished homes offer the ultimate in corporate or family leisure experience. Overlooking the lush Moanalua Golf Course, these clustered and executive retreat homes provide unrivaled fairway views from all rooms and a tranquil ambiance that will rejuvenate your team or family. Book your 5 bedroom executive home for the first 30 days with the added option to "extend your stay and pay monthly" for a long term stay: however, subject to availability, seasonal rates and lease agreement.

1. Spacious Accommodations: Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath executive retreat homes offer 3 en-suite baths, 1 private shared bath, wet bar/TV room, 2 car garage, air conditioning, free parking and ample space for your team or family to relax privately or together after work or exploring the islands.

Modern Comfort: Our newly built rental homes boast contemporary amenities, open floor plans, modern kitchens, granite counter tops, clean and inviting LVT flooring, wet bar, spacious and multiple common areas with large screen TVs, high-speed internet, washer-dryer inside the home and well-appointed private and en-suite baths and bedrooms each with own in-room TVs.
3. More comfortable than a Hotel: And at a fraction of the cost when compared to similar booking for four or five hotel rooms! No added parking fees, no stress, easy commute and open stalls for larger trucks. Escape the congestion of city streets, noise and move to our gated, clean, fully furnished homes overlooking lush golf course fairways and discover the perfect balance of business, pleasure and the time-saving convenience of being close to JBPHH military bases.
Notice: Our property is a legally established rental accommodation of 30 consecutive days or more. Housekeeping services are available along with additional street parking for larger vehicles. No pets, No smoking/vaping and No illegal activities are allowed. Dedicated smoking areas however, are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods some construction related traffic may be occurring along the street side of the property.
Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with 6 month and one year leases. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will show a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) upon booking. Furnishings may vary from home to home and displayed photos in the ad may not reflect the actual furniture of the rented home.

It was December 31, 1910 in Hawaii’s Moanalua Valley and aviation was just getting started worldwide. The Wright Brothers had flown 7 years earlier in Kitty Hawk and now it was Hawaii’s turn to make history. With 3,000 spectators looking on and thousands more in the foothills overlooking Samuel Damon’s Moanalua Polo Field (Moanalua Golf Club), “Bud" Mars made the first airplane flights in Honolulu, Hawaii with his 32 foot long Diez-Schriver Biplane.
