Welcome to the porch of this 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo, which is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk

This delightful front porch welcomes you to this very attractive ground level unit on the corner of 17th and Central. There are few exterior steps and no interior steps. Just two blocks to the Ocean City beach and boardwalk with amusement parks, water slide, miniature golf, lots of ice cream shops, restaurants and shopping. Owner provides KING size sheets, wireless internet, 3 cable ready TV's, DVD player, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is an outside shower and parking for (1) vehicle.
Wander over to the bay front which offers water sports, fishing charters and boat rentals. Walk out downtown for additional shopping and restaurants. WELCOME TO THE PORCH...

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 2:00PM / CHECK OUT 10:00AM
