私たちの設備の整ったタウンホームは美しく装飾されています。 2019年3月に購入した新しいダイニングチェア、ソファ＆ラブシート、4つのテラス、2つの港を見下ろす（マナティーとイルカが泳いでいる場所）、4つのテレビ、ケーブル、インターネット、洗濯機/乾燥機、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレスアプライアンス。 タイル張りと堅木張りの床。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのポスターベッドと専用バスルームがあり、2ベッドルームには専用バスルームがあり、3ベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、メインバスの隣に位置しています。 ソファーは快適なクイーンサイズの寝台に引き出します。 さらに、クイーンエアマットレスとパックアンドプレイもご用意しています。

townhomeは、TampaとSarasotaの間のTampa Bayにありながら、群衆から離れたLittle HarborのResort＆Clubにあります。

All was great ! Julie communicated so promptly every time I had a question or request. She is very accommodating. The property was awesome - clean, updated, with great kitchen equipment. We loved the Sunset Grill, manatees in back yard, and pier. The description was all that and more !

The host was amazing very easy to get a hold of everything was perfect I loved all the balcony’s and separate bathrooms it was like everyone had the own little sweet! The kitchen was fully stocked they had everything and it was just great!!

Came to visit my son and his family in Tampa. Condo was only 25 minutes away. There were 4 of us visiting and we had lots of room.

Nice quiet property

We stayed here in July and it happened to be a heat wave with extreme heat warnings everyday. This may change our review based on the heat . This condo was very easy to find and access. It was not as close to the beach as we thought it would be and the beach was in the bay not the gulf. You had to pay 4 an hour to park there but you could walk there in around 6 minutes if it wasn't so hot. The pool was just as far away and the grill was located by the pool so a drive or walk away from the condo. The Condo was very nice with a few little nuance things like the lights connected to the ceiling fans in the master and living room didn't work. The master bedroom was very warm no matter how far down we turned the AC. The other upstairs bedroom however was fridged. The living space was great for 5 adults. We did watch manatees surface on and off in the canal outside the balcony but the canal was very dark water and you could only see the nose. It's is an hour drive to any gulf side beach so not really convent if you want to go out to the gulf. Because of the heat the beach in the resort is closed at times due to harmful bacteria. The tiki bar was closed. We did really enjoy the pool however. Julie was extremely responsive and able to answer all our questions. We had a nice time. May chose somewhere closer to gulf side beaches next time.

Nice beachless getaway

The condo and hosts were as advertised- 10/10. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with gorgeous views of the tampa bay. Every room had it's own balcony which was a major plus for our group. The complex was super nice & welcoming. We did rent a golf cart and would recommend as the unit is a trek to the pools, gym, restaurants & bay area. Vacationers should know, Bahia "beach" is a bay that feels like a lake with a manmade beach that has warning signs against swimming due to contamination/ potential illness. The "beach" is also NOT pet friendly. Don't get me wrong, the view is beautiful, but if you are looking for a BEACH vacation, this isn't it.We drove to Fort De Soto, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, & Ana Maria island for our beach fix. Nearly one hour each way with Florida tolls.We will not be returning, because we are beach bums, but if you are looking for a stay in the Tampa Bay and not your typical beach vaca, this is a great spot.

Great home, confusing neighborhood

The actual townhome was lovely – really well kept, nice finishes and plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had what we needed to make a quick dinner and a couple breakfasts, and the balconies off the living space bedrooms were really nice. Note though that it is a 3-story townhome (the first floor is a garage) so you're met with a lot of steps. My only reason for removing 1 star was that it was pretty confusing getting around the property. There are "no parking, violators will be towed" signs everywhere, and it's not really clear what's considered part of the property vs private spaces owned by other buildings, so I was never sure where it was OK to park. With small kids and older parents with me, the walk to the beach and pool were a bit too far to walk, so this parking issue came up a lot.The facilities at the beach were confusing as well. Maybe it was the time of year, but the bathrooms at what I guess is the beach club were closed. The beach itself was great – soft sand and gentle waves and shallow for a good long ways, great for younger kids.Overall, would highly recommend this rental for maybe a couples getaway (plenty of space to spread out!) but with less-mobile guests, having to drive to to the beach and pool was a little tedious.

The perfect family getaway in Ruskin, Florida!

Our family vacation at this incredible townhouse, was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the thoughtful details, and unbeatable comfort that this property offered.The townhouse was immaculate, with a decor that made us feel right at home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals together with ease.The location was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful spot, the townhouse was just minutes from the beach. We loved spending our mornings exploring the area. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They truly made us feel like VIPs. Every question was answered promptly, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This townhouse exceeded every expectation and was the perfect backdrop for creating lasting family memories. We’re already planning our next visit and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Amazing property

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. From the adorable decorations on the inside to the amazing comfortable beds! We were also impressed with how many items the place had that you need for every day vacation living! The kitchen was stocked with utensils, baking wear, and more just like at home! I got up every morning and was able to make us real meals. We will definitely be coming back to this place for another family vacation!

Perfect location - wonderful space

Staying anywhere with little ones can be a challange. This beautiful townhome felt like home, we didn't want to leave. The attention to detail and cleaning was so appreciated. The furniture has been updated and is nicer than in the pictures (now leather style sofas). We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped which made it easy for us to make meals there. The location was easy to access everywhere we wanted to go. The manatee viewing in Apollo Beach was close and fun, but we probably got better views from the balconies in the mornings. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balconies. The hosts were responsive and helpful - we were a bit all over the place as we are exploring the area to move. We extended our stay, the hosts were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the beach was closed after the last storm and had not recovered by the time we visited. We enjoyed the restaurant with the beach view. My husband enjoyed the gym, the babies and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi overlooking the water. The bar nextdoor to the pool also had good food. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!

Great condo. Very clean. Nice location. Great, friendly restaurant near by. Ease of use and communications. Only downfall was no TP upon arrival and master bedroom’s a/c wasn’t working well. Owner was to have it repaired. Overall good experience.

Beautiful

We loved everything about this beautiful home. It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family and many extra amenities: extra beach towels, mini fans in each room, a mini cooler for the beach, bikes, beach chairs, blow up mattress, extra blankets and sheets as needed. Very well stocked. Julie was attentive to our needs and available whenever we had a question. Her responses were prompt and caring. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Nice Getaway

I visited this condo with 4 friends. It was beautiful!! The balconies facing the water were so relaxing and we saw manatees every day! The bedrooms were all big and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked for use. Check in and entry was so easy. Julie gave some great suggestions. The beaches are about a 30 minute drive but it was not bad at all. We only tried one restaurant on site and it was good. We did have an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom which made sleeping a little uncomfortable but I contacted the host and she was trying to work on it. I would’ve given it 5 overall stars if we were at least offered a couple nights or even one night refund. It was hot! Overall, if you want to be in the middle of action this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet, relaxing time this is perfect!

The benefits are awesome here. You can do as much or as little as you like. The area offers tranquility yet is within 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours of everything. Busch Gardens, Adventure Water Park, Lego Land, Disney, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and all Tampa and St. Pete have to offer, shopping, restaurants, theater, golf, airports, outlets, etc. It is right on Tampa Bay and has incredible sunsets and absolutely amazing weather.
