We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the early check in to accommodate our early arrival with a big family. The pool, beach, and restaurants that were all walkable worked out perfectly for our large family who needed to stick around the house. The bedrooms were large and clean. We did arrive without any toilet paper or paper towels on hand and also a broken chair was left on the front balcony. We made a fast DoorDash delivery to get basics. Also, it was very stuffy in the house upon arrival and did need to turn on AC to cool it down but heard pretty quickly that we could not mess with temps (per host after arrival). At times internet was spotty (not sure if this was just the area). In the future perhaps leave cleaning supplies (all-purpose spray, etc.) as we also had to run out and grab that to clean nightly and for departure. One suggestion would be to add coasters for drinks (glass table) so to make sure guests can keep everything in good shape. The host was super easy to chat with and available and very detailed. Overall, 4 stars.

Nice size rooms. Plenty of space for my family of 7. Had trouble figuring out the TVs as remotes didn’t seem to work. We were able to watch movies with my son’s Xbox he brought with. Beach and pools were close and convenient. Balconies were nice in the mornings and evenings to relax.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Our host Carmen was very responsive and instructions were clear for check in and check out procedures. The townhouse itself was just as pictured. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The townhouse was great- 2 trash bags only. Make sure you bring some and trash containers are not close by. The surrounding area did not have very much to offer our teen girls.

Had my family in town to transition to cruise it was so spacious and very nice! Area was very quiet and everybody was nice we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as it was on 24 hours but we will come back again!!! Patio furniture was old and some chairs not sturdy but that wasn’t a big deal

"A hidden Gem"!

The photos of this Lovely Venue is more that meets the eyes as you walk through the doors. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Carmen our host, is one of the best ever. May this Vacation Rental, or for whatever purpose you're choosing it for, becomes more and more SUCCESSFUL.

Graduation getaway

We stayed here for my son’s graduation and a long weekend. Everything was great! The only thing negative are the mosquitoes. We were not quite prepared for how bad they were but the property and amenities were great!

Beautiful home in great little community! Went for our annual beach trip and despite all the rain we still had a wonderful time. The place said it was family friendly, but not great for young kids.Positives: private beach, tons of sea life, 2 pools, restaurants on site, (which were delicious!) Loved the balconies, and canals in back. Comfortable beds, close to grocery store. Central (within 30 min) to Tampa, Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Boat tour on site!Cons: We have been to many different VRBO homes and this one had the bare minimum of Everything. Only had 4 forks when the place holds 10 people. I knew I would need to buy extra things like paper towel and soap, but even minimum amenities that were supposed to be provided were not. Carmen was good at communicating at first and offered to have someone come drop off the missing soap and hand towels but when I asked about garbage bags I got no response. The sliding doors were very difficult to open, kids couldn’t do it which is good and bad. The listing said 7-10min walk to beach, would have been closer to 20-25, especially with young kids and grandparents. We rented a golf cart which is now 50 a day. Also beach umbrellas were 10 a day. If you are looking for something close to do on a rainy day, nothing within 30 min of this place, need to drive to one of the bigger cities.

5 Day Ruskin Stay

Everything was as advertised. We found the food at Sunset Grill to be amazing! We did not pack our own beach towels so we bought some at a Dollar General nearby. The beds were vwey comfortable and the property layout was exactly what our family expexted.

Family Vacation

It was overall a nice place and community. The house was nice but stocked more like a hotel and missing some things that I would normally see in a kitchen. The tv in master was broke and did not get any channels and it took forever to figure out how to work the living room TV. But we all had a good time and enjoyed ourselves.

Great Place

The townhouse was lovely, and very clean which made it a perfect home away from home. It was close enough to everything but yet not in the busy city. We would absolutely return and suggest this townhouse to anyone searching for a getaway because it is well worth the cost.

Great Neighborhood in Florida Sun Shine

Loved the neighborhood with the beach on Tampa Bay, pools, etc. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. However the unit had only 4 spoons even though the unit sleeps 10. I think the owners need to beef up items in the kitchen, more silverware and also there were no pot holders which made it difficult when I was cooking.

My kids and dog loved it!

I was very pleased. The space was nice and watching the jumping fish became a game for my children. My dog loved lounging on the balcony and taking walks to meet canine friends. It was a great getaway location.
