On the first floor, a covered porch provides a delightful space to sip a morning coffee. Then, enter a cozy living area, which features a flat screen TV and ample seating. The modern, open concept design enables people in the kitchen or at the breakfast bar to communicate effortlessly with everyone in the main area. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking for a group relaxed and is large enough to recruit multiple culinary volunteers. There’s also a downstairs powder room.

The large backyard is gated and provides a deck with grilling area. In addition, an outdoor shower makes beach cleanups a breeze.
The first floor’s primary bedroom is king sized and features an en suite bath with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. Another pleasant surprise is its covered private back porch when you want some quiet time.

The second floor features one king primary bedroom, with its own front porch, as well as a split back porch that allows for sitting in the shade or in the sun, depending on your relaxing pleasure. There are also two queen guest quarters and a sleeper sofa that is set apart in its own special little nook. And, in case you have someone who can’t totally “unplug,” there is a functional work area tucked away on the landing.

Grayton Beach is a much sought after destination with its pristine, white sandy beaches, state parks, unique dining options, and independently owned gift shops and art galleries. Making memories has never been so easy!
