Our vacation home is located in the peaceful community of Sandbridge Beach - Virginia Beach, Virginia. Only a short walking distance to the ocean. This home is ideal for larger groups looking for plenty of room to come together when needed and spread out as well. Perfect getaway after you have been quarantined at home with high-speed internet, so no interruption of school or work.

Accommodations: Fully furnished Beach House on Back Bay, 8+ Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 27 guests), 5-1/2 Baths, Full Kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances throughout, tastefully decorated throughout in a Coastal theme. with comfort in mind.

The first floor of this stylish home contains a large recreation area complete with a video arcade, granite bar, bar stools, a large HDTV, and pool table. This recreation area overlooks a beautiful private swimming pool and an enclosed back porch where there is an inviting hot tub. There are also four comfortable bedrooms (1 room with queen & full beds, 1 room with a queen bed and twin-over-full bunk bed, 1 room with queen bed and full-over-full bunk beds and 1 room with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed) with flat screen televisions with cable.

The second floor has wide open spaces that add to that light and bright airy feel that a house on the Bay should have. There are two large living room areas for your group to relax and gather. The large, well-stocked, kitchen is complete with two dishwashers that make cleaning up a breeze after cooking that large family meal. All appliances and furniture throughout the home are newer. The custom dining room tables have plenty of chairs for the family and offers a great place to play a board game or a game of cards. There are two bedrooms on this level - one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with private full baths. It also has private deck access overlooking the pool with a fantastic view of the bay. You can also enjoy the large grill, perfect for a barbeque.

The top level of the home contains another gathering area with a sleeper sofa as well as a king bedroom with a twin-size trundle bed. There is a private bathroom off this bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and fireplace. Included in this area is a private deck/balcony.

This is an all-inclusive property rental that includes everything you need to make your vacation experience a success. All linens and towels are included so that all you need to do is show up with those flip flops on and a smile on your face.
