NEW IN 2026: PICKLE BALL COURT! Sandy Pants is now a one stop destination for fun. Enjoy the brand new pickle ball court alongside the beautiful private pool and a game room indoors. This is a family haven when you're done at the beach!

Welcome to Sandy Pants, your ideal beach retreat brought to you by a local Sandbridge family! This spacious 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfect for large family gatherings and friendly get-togethers.

Rental Details: Please note that this property is available for Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals only. We welcome multiple weeks—just be sure to select Saturday check-in and check-out!

Just a short stroll from direct beach access, The beautifully decorated interior features a large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a coffee bar, a spacious great room, and a dining area with a table and island that can accommodate up to 17 guests.

The ground level offers a game room with a pool table, along with a master king suite, a king bedroom, and a kid-friendly room with two twin beds and a trundle. Upstairs, you'll find three additional king bedrooms and a teen room with two twin beds.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the outdoor living space, complete with a large pool and ample quality polywood furniture/ seating. Large dining table, lounge chairs, and rocker seating! Plus, your furry family members are welcome here—Sandy Pants is a dog-friendly property!

Pool Information: The private pool is open from May 1, 2025, to October 3, 2025, and is not equipped for heating. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool area. An additional fee may apply for any chemical balancing, cleaning, or damage that could require replacement of the vinyl pool liner.

Fabulous Home!

We had a lovely time at this great VRBO! The owners could not have been nicer and the home is great for families. The kitchen is well stocked; plenty of room for families; the grill worked great we had plenty of parking. Highly recommend this property!

Great place close to beach

The house worked out great for our party of 15. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate evryone and a spacious kitchen/common area for everyone to dine together. The beach entrance is very close, only a few hundred feet away. The pool is nice and worked out great for our family especially after a day at the beach.

Great end of summer

Property was perfect for our large family vacation and a very close to the beach. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Owners were very responsive and made an awesome donut recommendation. Overall we had great experience.

We've stayed here before and the owners were very responsive as usual. Plenty of room for us all and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen/living room is nice and roomy for after dinner tv watching or game playing. Another nice time had by all!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family stayed two weeks at Sandy Pants. The owners were easy to work with and the property was perfect for us. We enjoyed the large great room area and the bikes. The pool was super fun. Hope we can return next Summer!

Wonderful home! Spacious and open floor concept accommodated our family comfortably. Loved having the extra space to sit on the deck, backyard and the "rec" room. The hosts are top notch.

Special getaway

We had a very nice time. Celebrated my husband, my children’s dad’s 5th anniversary of his passing. It was very special to be all together. We enjoyed the pool especially since it was hot! I do Wish the house was more comfortable as far as AC. It never got cool enough in the bedrooms especially to sleep. I have 2 pregnant daughters who were not too comfortable at night. I appreciate The prompt response to the problem. Been wanting to go to Sandbridge so I’m glad we were able to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

Our New Home Away from Home

This home had everything we were looking for and the location couldn’t be any better. The homeowners were immediately responsive and really considered their guests needs when preparing the house. We can’t wait to come back! We’re already calling it “our house.”

Family Stay at SandyPants

We had a GREAT time at Sandy Pants House. Mary Ann and Dave were fantastic hosts. House was as advertised; very clean and was just the right size and arrangement for our family of 16. The pool out back was a hit with both the kids and adults! Wonderful Stay, we plan to return!

Singing the praises of Sandy Pants

We were all so pleased with this beautiful property. All week long everyone was exclaiming how great it was and how perfect it was for us- (9 adults, 2 kids, and a dog). The furnishings were so nice. Sure hope we can come back every year.

Very nice beach house

A few minor maintenance issues (slow toilet, stuck windows, detached door knob, sagging couches) but overall a beautiful property. Very comfortable and close to the beach. And the WiFi was amazing-supported 5 teens going to school! Great for families.

We just got back from our week-long stay at this property. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Everyone could spread out and enjoy the pool, games, pool table and multiple TVs. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or grill full meals. There is plenty of parking for large families. The owner was great about checking in to make sure all our needs were met. This property and owner are EXCEPTIONAL!

Fun Week at Sandy Pants

The property was well located, well stocked, and very comfortable for our extended family of 14. The indoor furniture was very nice and the outdoor furniture was excellent. The pool area was perfect for our group. Mary Ann and Dave were very responsive to the few relatively minor issues we raised early in the trip. This is a pet friendly property, which is great if you have a pet with you on the trip, but may be less desirable for those without pets due to the inevitable downside of pet hair throughout the house for those with infants crawling around.

We hope the quick response of a rig removal and buying a brand new vacuum helped the situation When you have pets in a home , yes, you can’t get every hair out but I am proud of our cleaning team to have minimal if any that I saw when we inspected. Still your advice to others is a good idea!

JULY 4TH CREW

Our group of friends selects a new location every year for a July 4th get away. We have grown from 9 adults to 11 adults and 9 kids! This house was the perfect size for us, the pool was incredible, especially for young kids being its 4'-0" all around. You are right across the street from the beach. The owners are accommodating, helpful and super friendly. The kitchen was big and well stocked with plenty of dishware, coffee mugs (the big ones!) and a huge table for all of us! We loved this house!!

Great location, great house!

Beautiful home close to the beach access. Plenty of space for everyone to “do their thing” when not at the beach. Generally everything inside was in great condition and only gently used appearance. Outside pool chairs were awesome! Pool and pool area were very nice as well! Minor repairs needed for loose door handles, etc. inside. No lock on the sliding door going out to the pool. We had some minor issues with one of the inside showers and the hosts were GREAT with response and response time! Also loved the outside shower and the faucet at the entrance to rinse off feet. Overall a great house!!!!

Almost a Home Run

Great location and accommodation for three-generation family. The house is well-appointed and well-provisioned with the things that you hate to bring or forget: linens and towels, dishwasher and detergent, soap in bathrooms, TP and paper towels. There were persistent maintenance issues that required more attention or adjustment than we would have expected. Otherwise, a very pleasant time for all.

Unforgettable June vacation

My husband and I along with our 3 children. 2 spouses, 3 grandchildren, sister, brother in law, niece and her 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in sandy pants!! The owners were exceptional to work with!! Awesome ppl!! Not only was the house Steps from the beach which is always a plus but the pool was very clean and extremely enjoyable for the kids.. we all fit comfortably and spent alot of family time together making unforgettable memories! The weather could've been better but that is mother natures fault! No real issues with anything else! We all had a GREAT time and already rebooked for next yr!! Can't wait to go back!!
