The Space:

IYARI Villa is a stunning vacation rental that overlooks Litibu Bay on Punta Mita’s north-facing coastline. This exclusive new oceanview villa offers spectacular ocean views and exclusive access to Playa IYARI, set on a secluded soft sand beach. With a Premiere Golf membership, guests can enjoy all the amenities within Punta Mita, including two signature Jack Nicklaus golf courses, tennis courts, and five beach clubs.



The villa features a personal plunge pool, an ocean view kitchen with an island, and expansive terraces that enhance the outdoor living experience in Punta Mita. IYARI Villas have a private entrance and private access to Playa Iyari through the community beach cabana, which is only accessible to IYARI owners and their guests.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect, clean and beautiful, the views are just ridiculous, so pretty.Car service was waiting for us at the airport, Fernanda, our concierge, was at the house when we arrived to get us settled, our groceries were already there. Everything was efficient and easy.Every morning we had a delicious breakfast prepared by the nicest people, the whole trip was wonderful and we can't wait to go back.
6:30am lightning storm across the bay on our final morning... amazing!

Great property and location

Easy access to the beach clubs and golf cart proximity to downtown Punta Mita. We will return to the area for sure. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Exquisite and Amazing!

Absolutely stunning home in beautiful location. Every detail of the home reflected beauty, taste and quality! The woman who came in daily was incredible, attentive and a great cook! The access to multiple beach clubs gave us great variety and each one was wonderful. I highly recommend this home and hope to return sooner than later!!

Perfection

Everything about the stay was perfect! The house was spacious and beautiful with the most beautiful view. It was one of our most favorite family trips of all time. The only nitpick items would be the pool was chilly. Maintenance said it was 94 degrees but it wasn't. It was chilly to stay in for a period of time. And it would have been so great to have a big tv outside to have football on while hanging out. But those are just "wishes". Everything was perfect!!!!

Best Trip of My Life

I’ve been to Punta Mita a couple times in the past, but this trip was truly exceptional and a far better experience than my previous trips. From the airport transfer to the check in process to the amazing staff to the property itself, this vacation was unparalleled luxury. To start, the manager of the property manager arranged the airport transfer and made everything so simple for my friends and I. When we arrived to the property, we were treated to a personalized entrance with all of the groceries we ordered stocked in the fridge. The simplicity and convenience this property provided was unlike anything I have experienced before. The house itself was spectacular with unobstructed ocean views and a true infinity edge swimming pool. It was fantastic to have so much space in the house so that everyone could have their own private area while being able to come together in the main living areas/outside area. The staff that come with the stay were amazing and probably the 2 nicest women I’ve ever met. The food they made was amazing and every day they cleaned the house spotless. It was great to be able to go to a beach club and come back to a spotless house. Speaking of the beach clubs, the 7 seat golf cart made it so easy for our entire group to get to any of the 5 beach clubs. Being able to explore so many different beaches within a 10 minute golf cart drive was an amazing feature. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I 100% will be returning in the future

Punta Mita Family Vacation

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the property manager. She was very nice and our groceries were there. We did ask for an estimate of the groceries, and it ended up being double what we were quoted. The ladies who helped in the Villa were very nice and the house was always clean. A big frustration was we were with out hot water for a day and a half. They said they sent someone and we didn't let them in but we did. He just didn't fix it I will say the first house we stayed at in Punta Mita had better food options and overall better food quality. We had bought some things and they were thrown away before our stay ended. Nothing too big but a jar of pickles for example. The main issue we had is that they said a bunk was broken and we had two adults staying in there. They claimed we jumped on the bed. They refused to provide us a picture of what was broken or further respond to messages. They just charged our card and wouldn't respond. It's scary that VRBOs can do this. It's just Way to get more money. The property was pretty I would not recommend as shady practices exist here.
