This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

Great convenient place

Easy to find tiny house. Comfortable beds. Clean and has everything you need to stay.Highly recommend. Beautiful views of mountains. Great host!

Perfect little stop

Checking in was easy. The place was so big and exactly as pictured, maybe better! Truly it was a relief to stay here on our way back from hotel hopping. Wonderful and kind host, thank you!

Too noisy

The place is very clean. No complaints about that. I was disappointed that there was no TV in the bedroom and it’s right next to the freeway. I slept on the couch because the bedroom was too noisy from the semi truck all night on the freeway.

A good homestead!

The home was well appointed and the people we met were friendly and courteous. It is bigger than it appears, with lots of space to relax and there are two AC/heat units to ensure a comfortable stay. Good Internet access. My only complaint is that you can hear the freeway. I highly recommend staying here!

Love this place!

This was one of my favorite places. It was so comfortable and homey. Shane was especially helpful to me throughout the entire registration process and all of the staff I met were super friendly. And the price point was affordable!! Thanks so much!

Great tiny house!

I was working in the Richfield area and decided to ditch the hotel idea and stay in a house. It was awesome! I had my dogs too. Of note - the National Forest is a mile up the road so great place to let the dogs run off leash. Will stay again for sure!

A Must Try !!!

These properties at HomeBase are unique small houses, very clean, neat, perfectly furnished, well laid out & I loved my stay ! Centrally located, easy to find, the office staff was helpful with information about the area and the ice cream was DELICIOUS!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation rental in this area ! I am definitely coming back next year! Thankyou Shane & Sharon for a wonderful week!

Sweet Spot

Super clean place with all of the essentials (table/cookware, bedding, wi-fi, plentiful hot water) AND at a sweet price! We were passing through on the way to Zion with our littles and had no trouble getting comfortable for the evening and preparing for the day ahead the next morning. Even enjoyed some unexpected natural gems in the area like the Monrovian Creek Canyon Trail. We would quickly book this again when in the area!
