This is our second time staying at a Home Base Resort unit, and both times were excellent. The homes are spacious, well-equipped, clean, bright, and comfortable. The location is gorgeous and calming, our dog loved it there, and the host was quick to respond to requests. We look forward to our next visit.

Pretty views of the adjacent mountains. Close to the freeway made it convenient to get to all the local activities. We didn't use the coffee pot as it appeared to be in need of descaling due to of all the hard water.

Lovely cabin

This place was well priced and convenient to get to. We were just looking for a simple place to stay while we visited hot springs and did some errands on a short girls trip. The place is spacious, clean, & cozy. I didn’t realize or expect that we would have a TV or kitchen so these were bonuses for us. Despite being close to the highway, we did not hear much traffic noise at all. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Nice Property - with room to improve

This is a nice place really close to Richfield Utah. The description of the property is a bit misleading. It would be more accurate to say this is a 1 bedroom with a couch bed in the living room. It does sleep 4 but there's no place for your teen to be in their own space ;) . There's also a strong flowery scent. If you are sensitive to smells this may cause issues. It's really close the the freeway so it's easy to find. There's no oven so no Frozen pizza. No colander so no spaghetti.

The property is as described. There is one bedroom with a king bed. Then there is a pullout couch. There is no oven just a stove top. Maybe next time take a few minutes and read the description before you book. Not trying to be deceptive in any way.

I can't say enough good things about this place and host. Easy check in and out, very clean, two AC units worked great, host responded promptly via message, and it was very reasonably priced.
