2 or 3 bedroom, 2 level ski condo with a second floor master suite. Just 5 mins from Pico Mtn and 12 mins Killington Resort. This newly renovated condo has a great working kitchen. Comfortable sectional couch in the living room perfect for relaxing on after a day of skiing.

Everthing was fine: price,location, clean, quiet, communications. Kitchen was fancy. Plenty of towels and supplies. No complaints from our party.

Quick getaway to Pico

This is our third stay at this spacious condo! Love the layout - the couch and fireplace make it easy to relax as soon as you walk in. Kitchen had everything we needed. The addition of an additonal coffee maker was a nice surprise. Clean unit!! Great upstairs space as well, would be nice to have curtains or blinds to cover the slider and maybe add a television to the upstairs living space. Location is perfect for skiing at Pico or Killington. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay!

we spent 2 days skiing at Killington. Condo is very well located, kitchen is well equipped and beds comfortable. Mike was great to work with and we will be back!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here! This was such a great condo in a perfect location- half way between Killington Mountain and downtown Rutland. The condo was so well stocked and very clean! Cozy fireplace and beds, plenty of room to spread out! We skied at Killington, had yummy New York style pizza at IPIE, breakfast at Sugar and Spice & Sunup Bakery!

Very Comfortable!

We were in town over the holidays for some skiing at Killington. This property is situated perfectly between the mountain and conveniences in Rutland. The upper primary suite was super comfortable and allowed us a bit of separation from the kiddos. Full kitchen came in handy as well. Thank you Mike!

Great host - friendly, helpful and clear/quick communication 12 minute drive to Killington, 5 minutes to Pico Bedrooms - Very comfotable beds; rooms have individual climate controls and sleeps 8! Well stocked kitchen 2 balconies ALL good

Pico/Killington ski trip

We stayed at the condo during our Pico and Killington ski trip. Both are very close to the condo location. Place is as advertized. Two suggestions i would have is add one more TV. One TV for a condo where 7 people can stay is not enough especially if you have more then one kid. Second suggestion is to include second key during check in. One key has caused problems for us as two of us went skiing and othe two people in the party explored the area. It was inconvenient having to plan who is going to have the key and when they will be back. Installing key pad on the door might be best solution. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Great property! Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and well maintained. Wonderful, responsive, and helpful property manager. Such a nice visit. The only bad thing about this review is it may lead to more competition the next time I want to go.

Ski trip getaway

We had a great stay! Couldn’t have been more clear with directions for check in and the house was perfect. Felt just like staying in a friends home. We had a great time, easy drive to Killington and bars/restaurants. Also big plus, the beds were extremely comfortable! Overall great stay. :)

Fantastic place

This place is beautiful and spacious. We are extremely happy with our stay here. Everything is perfect and super clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookwares and everything you need for cooking. We would definitely want to come back again.

Great Stay

Property is conveniently located, very clean, rooms are big, beds are really comfortable. We all had great sleep aside from the heater noise in the bunk bed room. We fit 7 people comfortably in the unit without needing to breakout our air mattress. Kitchen and appliances are all upgraded and easy to use. The property manager Mike is fast to respond to questions, and sends very helpful instructions before you arrive. Overall a great experience for us, would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.
