This beautifully appointed mountain home sits on 1.9 acres which gives you the best of both worlds: Feels rural and private, but you're only 12 minutes to the local store called Rosalie's Market. Top of the line finishes throughout with a lovely flow and things for the whole group to enjoy. Enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the patio or right from the living room couch as well as the second level deck overlooking scenic views. There are so many fun things to do at this house! Game room in walk out basement with Foosball table, freestanding Arcade game with 15,000 preloaded games! Walk-out basement has a TV with a spacious couch to watch movies, bunk room for the kids to play with lots of toys, and there is an electric fireplace. Need to work from home? No problem there is an office space in the primary bedroom closet! The primary bedroom features a soaking tub with an oversized glass enclosed shower and double sinks. This home also features a 2 car garage for you to park if you would like. All linens and cookware are provided. Along with a highchair and pack n play.

Lower level: Shared full bathroom with tub shower combination.
This home sleeps 6, but please make sure the bed configuration works for your guests.

Safety Features: Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors, Baby Gate, Pack N Play, Hair Chair, Deadbolts, Electronic Front door lock, Exterior Security Cameras, Secure Back deck (does not have stairs to ground. You can only enter and exit from back door).

Transportation: The gravel road and the driveway to the house are plowed when it snows 6 inches or more. However, a 4 wheel drive car is required for winter rental guests. Snow plowing times are not guaranteed.

Events: NO Events are allowed at this home due to the HOA rules.

Booking (Rental Agreement and Driver's License): A rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking has been reviewed. Your booking can be cancelled at anytime due to none payment, dates overlapping with another guest that were not listed on VRBO's calendar or if the Rental Agreement, Broker Disclosure, and copy of your Driver's License has been received or singed. Signed agreements must be completed and a copy of your Driver's License must be received before access will be granted. *Please note- Signing a Rental Agreement and providing a copy of your Driver's License is our office policy and it must be completed in order to receive access to the home. If Agreement is not signed, or a copy of your Driver's license has not been received access WILL NOT be granted, a refund will not be given. *
