Not what we expected
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
First of all the owners seem nice but this condo is clearly "their" home. There are wedding pictures, family photos, Christmas decorations in March, beanie babies, scrap book posters and dead roses and a small family shrine. You don't feel like you are in a rental condo you feel like you are in someones private home. The unit is very small and 6 adults would be on top of one another. The fold out couch is more than uncomfortable with the bars sticking you in the back, There is one very small bathroom upstairs and the bedroom is downstairs. There is no dishwasher and the toilet is with the tub and the sink is in the entryway. We were two guys and it felt cramped,I cant imagine several woman trying to get ready at the same time. There is a moldy interior chair on the upper exterior balcony. The only really nice thing is the ski on ability although you have to walk back up a slight grade to get back to the unit or ski thru a short woods run. The condo needs a good de-cluttering.some new paint to rid the unit of a organgish accent wall and removal of all the personal items. One more thing, the people above this unit had 3 young boys and we felt like were in a thunderous football game,lets just say there is no sound dampening. This is a folksy small personal condo,I don't think the owners get the rental business, in fact we had several people stop by and ask if Ron was home "cuz the flag was out" Good location but not worth it, skip this one
