Relax with the whole family and friends in this cute, stylish, new and spacious apartment where the tranquility and good atmosphere breathe. Pool and beautiful ocean view, direct access to the beach, gym, spa and beautiful gardens. The condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Covered parking for 2 cars. Excellent location, between Bucerias and the Huanacaxtle Cross, very close to restaurants and supermarkets, 15 min from Nuevo Vallarta and 25 min from the Airport.

Great place to stay while exploring bucerias and area. Kitchen is well stalked for cooking, was spacous for our familly of 5 and furnishings are great. Staff at the property were friendly and the ammediates were great to spend a day at when not out and about. The way it looks in The pictures is exactly how it is. The host was quick and pleasant with any concerns. We were lucky and saw sea turtles, whales and a variety of birds from the property. We would book again when we are back in the area. Only con was the road noise at night in the bedrooms which faced the highway but it didnt bother us much. Abundant parking behind the gate. We had great 10 day stay.

8 week stay was memorable.

The condo has a fabulous view! The check in process was a bit confusing, but we got it figured out using google translate. The condo had almost everything you need for cooking at the unit, a nice gas grill and the washer and dryer are very handy. The pros: The view is fabulous and the condo is spacious, pool area if top notch and the gym is well appointed. The property manager is so quick to respond and very helpful. The staff at the condo is very friendly and one of my favorite things is that you can by bottled water on site. Super nice amenity!The cons: The bedrooms are in the back of the unit and the noise from the highway is very loud if you are a light sleeper. You definitely want to bring a sound machine and earplugs. The mattresses are very, very, firm, very thin even with a egg crate topper. All the furniture with fabrics need a deep steam cleaning.If you want to walk the beach you have to climb over rocks in order to get to the portion of beach that will take you into LaCruz or Bucerias. You are about a 30 min walk either direction. There are a couple great little restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Baklava and Sukra.

Great stay

Nice place, all outside cushions on chair fairly dirty and need cleaning or replace, very large furniture. The host responded within minutes about inquiries etc.. very impressed with host.

Wonderful Week

This was one of many visits to the Puerto Vallarta area. We truly loved our condo, the staff , the weather and our location. We have stayed in Bucerias many times before, and found we were a 5min cab ride away---perfect. Made a trip to Sayulita (20mins) for the Day of the Dead celebration and loved the festivities, the food and the cute little surfing town. Our trip was fun filled and we plan to return in the future.
