Baklava is a new restaurant that is directly beside our building (walk from the pool!). Sukha Beach house is less than a 5-minute walk on the beach. We are only ~20 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), ~15 minutes to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta / Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz.

There is a small restaurant in the pool area where you can buy beer/wine/cocktails and small plates like nachos and guacamole. It is open every day from Dec through end of January and then on the weekends thereafter.
