Our charming backyard studio in Abilene is perfect for those seeking a unique lodging experience. Inside, guests enjoy a cozy space with thoughtful touches such as the queen size helix luxe mattress and all the amenities of home like a kitchenette, washer/dryer, wardrobe, and full-size bathroom. This beautifully crafted backyard studio provides an abundance of amenities for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy the queen size Helix Luxe mattress accompanied by four pillows - two soft, two stiff - with extra linens available to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is full size and features a rain showerhead, plenty of towels and comfy robes. Cooking is made easy in the kitchenette which includes a breakfast area/desk for working with two stools. If there are any rainy days or you just want to relax indoors, enjoy the Smart TV with accompanying games and books. There is also fast Star Link internet so you can stay connected to work or family while away from home.

Abilene, Texas is a bustling city with many forms of transportation to get around town. The extensive public bus system has several routes operating seven days a week, taking you from one end of Abilene to the other. Alternatively, renting a car and visiting the sites is easy with several car rental companies in the area. Walking and cycling are also great ways to explore the city and its attractions, as locals are friendly and welcoming to foot traffic downtown. Plus, many of Abilene's most popular spots such as shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and more are all within walking distance. No matter your mode of transportation, traveling around Abilene is sure to be an enjoyable experience!

Our number one goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, I simply ask that all guests follow these house rules and confirm that you understand WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR STAY.
This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, my guest, will have the option to cancel the booking penalty free.

- If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call/text me!
- Quiet hours are between 8PM – 8AM.
- No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PARKING: shaded parking is provided and is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. You are also welcome to park on the street.
- Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. But please TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use.
- You are welcome to use the fridge and pantry to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.
- If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any linen stained may incur additional charges.
- Please do not rearrange my furniture.
- If you would like to host an event, please speak with me about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
-Dogs: If your furry friend is visiting with you, please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture, additional fee of $100 may be charged if not followed.
-Please only flush toilet paper.
